Staff is unfriendly. Did nothing but give me dirty looks and be completely unhelpful. I was really nice to them and I had planned on doing a big shopping trip there. The attitude made me put my stuff back and leave.

Thw employees seem to really know what they're doing in here and that's awesome. But the store is always an absolute mess. Every piece of clothing is tangled together on the racks or falling on the floor and the pricing is pretty outrageous for the quality. I do think some of the pieces are stylish but nothing more extraordinary than forever 21. I'll keep shopping here every once in a while but it's probably just not my thing

A little overpriced in my opinion, however, my daughter loves the clothes and was able to find a good amount of items for the new school year. She is a picky teenager and her style changes every 5 minutes so the fact that she was happy leaving the store, is what matters. 🥰

The staff was amazing. It's rare that I find a pair of shoes in my size and the color I want. I literally were 13 in women's, and they had 9,10,11,12,13 that's amazing!!! That's so rare.

UO has the cutest clothes, I love the style and atmosphere very much! Despite the amazing clothes, unfortunately a majority of the staff was COMPLETE opposite. Only about 2 out of the 7 associates I saw were semi-nice to me as I shopped. One female associate working at the fitting room was incredibly snotty, gave dirty looks, slammed the door when she led me to the fitting room, and just down right rude. The other rude employees gave dirty looks, and didn’t even ask if my shopping was going okay/ if I needed help or not. I recommend Urban Outfitters clothing, but I DO NOT RECOMMEND GOING TO THIS LOCATION, my experience was horrible as a result of treatment from the incredibly rude staff.

Some of their employees are really nice and helpful, but a few of their employees are just downright rude or lazy. Manager accused me of stealing after coming back for the second time that day (after having spent a good amount of money) to simply exchange a belt. Wasted 3 minutes of my time even after I emptied my pockets and proved it was my wallet causing the beeper to go off. Ridiculous.

I just don't like urban outfitters. Can you find good pieces? Yes. However everything is so expensive for the average person. Looking for an outfit is hard too, because the ones they put on display are horrible. So it's hard find what type of outfit you're looking for. Don't even get me on there clearance section. It's a total mess it's like they don't even care and almost half the store is in that tiny boxed room in the back of the store. How do you even find something in there?
