I've gone shopping here for years, but the last couple times I've gone there has been a guy I haven't seen. Maybe because I usually go at night. But he wasn't very helpful when I was asking questions, and then made me feel like he thought I was stealing by double checking every item I pulled down to look at. I had already made a purchase and was considering a second when I noticed him do that. Made me feel very uncomfortable, probably won't be going back for a while.

The female that was there at the register ( I believe it might be owned by her and her husband, although I am not sure, I am assuming based off of what I observed during my time there) was very rude. Any time I asked her for something she was very short and did not seem to have any alternative ways to help me get what I needed when I was there trying to give them business. I asked when some items would come in in my size and she told me rather rudely and very loudly that they don’t discuss shipment. It was just a bit awkward since I really wanted to purchase things and she didn’t really care when I clearly wanted her to assist me. I was complimenting their clothing etc. and instead of acting grateful and attempting to assist me a bit more she was very rude. They do have some nice things though. Very pricey, but nice nonetheless.

Fantastic service. He small variety of toys to experiment with as well as outfits to wear. An interesting selection of DVD's and a small collection of vintage playboy come together to make a neat little store. It would be nicer if Toys could accommodate all sizes, however, it is understandably difficult to provide for such a wide consumer base. I hope you enjoy shopping at unmentionables

Bought some bedroom stuff their was reasonably priced to what's online
Nice people work there and they have more than adult bedroom items. Had a decent selection and didn't feel like the typical sleazy place you associate with these kinda places.

I went yesterday and the woman that was working seemed very busy and overstressed when I asked her for pasties she said they were all out and only had a small selection of three (old ugly Ones ) in a rushed manner . I bought pink ones cuz I needed em for A photo shoot but later on I went back in cuz I wanted to look for a outfit and the young Lady working was named Pandora and she was amazing with her customer service she Definitely went above & beyond and when she found out I had came in earlier looking for Pasties she said oh did you see these and showed me an amazing collection of marijuana ones 😱 I was shocked I couldn’t believe that lady blatantly lied to me just because she felt overwhelmed and didn’t wanna do her job I don’t remember her name but I was informed that she is a manager and that also shocked me

Worst customer service I have ever had in an adult store not allowed to use your cell phone to call your wife to make sure that this was the product that We wanted to get without being told that my phone had to be in my pocket while in the store because they can’t verify in age over the phone. Will forever take my business somewhere else very disrespectful to tell somebody what they have to do with their own private property
