I go to the book store almost everyday before work to get my energy drinks. I work at the Chick Fila right beside them. The staff in the bookstore is always so nice and pleasant to me I love the University of North Alabama.

So done with this place. Took a summer course and bought a required online textbook code from here for $40 bucks. Waited a few days for the code to be sent to my email and it never showed up. I continued to try and get a hold of someone to help me and no one could be bothered to pick up the phone fora week and a half. When someone finally did, they told me to wait a bit longer and they would try to process the order. That didn’t happen. By the time someone finally called me back, I was failing the class because without the code, I couldn’t complete any of the quizzes. The guy who helped me told me for some reason my order had had some sort of glitch but it didn’t charge my card and to try buying it again. I did and sure enough, my card was double charged. So now, I was down $80 for a code that arrived three weeks late and almost cost me my grade in the class. I called during their open hours THREE TIMES over THREE CONSECUTIVE DAYS. Once again, no one could be bothered to just answer the phone, even after I had left voicemails explaining the situation and that I needed that money back. After five days, they sent $40 back to my account. No call, no notification, no apology for the massive inconvenience and failure to be of any help or usefulness whatsoever. I fully believe I should’ve received a full refund (for not just the overcharge but the book as a whole) and/or store credit to make up for all the stress and trouble I had to go through. Don’t bother wasting your money. The products are overpriced and clearly the service is unreliable and unhelpful.

Store did not call to remind about book rental and just takes my money out of my account the day before Christmas. No heads up at all. At the beginning of the semester they didn't even have book all of the other books I ordered and didn't inform me and just had me waiting half way through the semester to inform me. This is crazy. I understand doing your job give a heads up

Our daughter, UNA music Ed major at UNA fell in love with UNA her first visit. She said she it felt like home because the music department makes you feel like family not just one student of many.

Can never get anyone to respond via email or answer the phone. When requesting a refund, had to physically do the math for them to explain what amount should be refunded so it got refunded properly. Stay away!
