Good luck getting an answer from phone or email. Purchase ear buds almost 2 weeks ago. No one knows why they weren't shipped. Finally got an answer then was placed on hold for 15 mins til I hung up. (Bill) now he won't answer. So I get to drive from crossett to monticello to get an answer.

Trying to get in contact with anybody at this bookstore is difficult. I’ve tried calling numerous times (during normal business hours) only for my calls not to be answered. I also sent multiple emails; these were also unanswered. Now I’ve missed the return deadline for a product I don’t even need this semester and wasted money from my financial aid. I would not recommend using the UAM bookstore to purchase your college materials if you're an out of state student. Customer service is nonexistent.

Try renting a digital version of your books from Amazon or some other rent by mail service because its usually cheaper.
