We bought my daughter a letterman’s jacket from them for Christmas. They were awesome. We worked with Gavin and he was exceptional! He promptly answered emails from me with my numerous questions and kept me informed during the process of the jacket being made including an email from him to let me know he received the letter that we mailed to be sewn on the jacket and then sent tracking information as soon as it was shipped. It came before it was originally scheduled to arrive. Five stars for this company isn’t enough!

I have had the pleasure of using this service three times. Once for myself and the the other two times for my high school grads. I am so impressed with the awesome price of their all in one packages. It really helps to have everything settled and situated months in advance of the commencement.
I still get compliments on my collge class ring. It's been almost 3 years since I purchased it. It still looks brand new and the quality is phenomenal.

Honestly I would not even give this company a one star. We ordered Graduation stuff from this company before December 2020 and the stuff that they have sent was not what we ordered and to this date we have yet to receive the Graduation Invitations that we ordered. My son graduates at the end of May. Thank you for screwing up my sons graduation.

If I could give them 0 stars I would, I request a refund 2 months ago and was told it would take a week. Called again today and was told it'd be at least another week. Was also told that my refund would only be $97 instead of $157. I hope my school decides to not use them in the following years. Not only did my graduation get cancelled but dealing with this has made my experience even worse.
