Ordered a stock to have shipped to my house in Idaho, but because I split time between CA and ID, they would not ship the stock to my Idaho address because the billing address is in CA. Kevin was being ignorant and saying they can't with their credit card processing service even though I have ordered ammo and various other parts for firearms from Brownells & Midway USA.

So, tell me Kevin, if I walked into your location and paid for the stock with my credit card, how would you know where I lived? Shop elsewhere to businesses who don't cower.

I ordered an item that was marked back order and from everything I read online, I should be waiting anywhere from 6 months to a year to get it. I received it in less than 24 hours to the other side of the US. You guys rock,keep kicking ass

Oh how I wish I didn't live 2 states away. The Customer Service here is on point. I called about a hard to find item they have listed on their site. Not only was I helped, Greg looked it up online for me, just to see if it might be available elsewhere. It wasn't, and I placed my order. But that is very rare these days, and it was appreciated.

I've been looking for the unicorn of stocks for my toy and finally found one here. Unfortunately there on back order, but that didn't stop Kevin from helping me out. So far I'm really impressed with their help.

It's a very basic tactical shop that is lacking in OTF knives. I went in to the store but due to the no soliciting I did not mention that Wilcox Tactical is one of most highly rated OTF knife companies in the US and has the best warranty and prices as well. Let me know if youd like a demo.

I went there with my family today to buy a tactical bag for our rifles. We recently spent a little over $2000 combined and wanted to spend another $600 on tactical backpacks but they wouldn’t allow us to bring in a broken down AR to see if it fit the bag. They have no signs saying no firearms but told us we could not bring it in. What type of tactical supply store won’t let you check if your AR fits. I know it can take rifles into cabelas, black sheep, or any other store. The attitude we received for wanting to do so was ridiculous. We even offered solutions such as one of us staying in store with wallets and keys while the other tried the fit in the parking lot and it wasn’t ok. Pro gunners should avoid
