Plan on spending sometime till you pay for whatever you’re buying
It took me an hour between waiting for my turn to get background check and waiting in line to pay. The store manager is an absolute joke. He didn’t know how to do shot. He was standing around the whole time and never stepped in to assist staff.
It’s not the staff, the staff are very helpful, it’s the genius that is managing the store with his hands in his pockets.

Helped by a taller female behind the counter, sold me 3 boxes of ammo that aren't compatable for my new gun that I bought that same hour. Called the manager and no returns/refunds offered for ammo, so im SOL with 3 boxes of ammo sold to me by the same associate selling me the gun. Manager was not helpful

Worst fishing department I've ever experienced every single time I call the guys on lunch winter once the other day he wasn't there went back another day they said he was at school and would be there at 11:00 I waited till 12:00 he never showed up and he didn't call in they said so I said okay cool I'll wait till Saturday went in there today on Saturday no one there nobody to help me well I guess they lost out on $1,000 in the last couple days absolutely ridiculous get some help people you're losing money

Surprisingly the staff at Turner's actually know what they're talking about when it comes to their weapons a great place to go check out and possibly buy your first gun make sure you ask a lot of questions

I’m giving Turner’s Outdoorsman a 1-star review due to the blatant customer favoritism shown by Terry, the manager. While I didn’t get to speak with him directly, it was clear that he prioritizes certain customers over others, leading to an unprofessional and frustrating experience. This kind of favoritism is unfair and makes you feel undervalued as a customer. I won’t be returning to this location

Ordered ammo online from a Turner partner that shipped to this location.
Josh at the gun desk was awesome. Very polite and easy to work with.
Greg, the manager, does not know how to do an FFL ammo transfer. Did not know Turners has ammo suppliers partners. Tried to charge me a double shipping fee even though shipping was free and not done through Turners. When I pointed this out, said it was a transfer fee. For two separate purchases of 1000 rounds. That's not how ammo transfers work, Greg. I'd rather drive to Escondido and get competent service.

Hello i am a young black american man who recently went to turners temecula store to purchase a fire arm for home defense as well as to excersize my constitutional rights after a few quetions and some paperwork i was asked by one of the store employees to go grab my vehicle registration and while going out to my car to retrive my documintaion to finish my transaction the young caucaisan female at the front register followed/ chased me out to my car asking me if i had anything in my pockets and to my amazement when i said no in disbelife she asked me to empty my pockets my wife mean while recorded the whole incident as it was occurening in complete shock i then informed the young women that i was not done and would be re entering the store to finish my transaction i was completely embarassed and degraded by the whole situation mean while the maneger is right there not doing anything and when asked to make it right they gave me 10 percent off some 22 ammo verry sad and i will never buy there again im in process of contacting the corperate office this is not right and or how you should treat hard working americas ive never been arrested and do not have a criminal record in fact i work in law enfforcment verry sad and i hope this dose not reflect the company pollicies or cullture.. Do your self a favor and go some where they treat you with respect and dignity never again bad place to go if your a person of color sorry to say......!may be posting video soon...!!
