Not happy that TruLeap is discontinuing internet services for my parent’s location. They have been with TruLeap/Filer Mutual for 15 years. Yet now they are discontinuing services because they cannot provide the signal strength to their location. Beyond frustrated!!

I've used their service for over a decade, and they still refuse to upgrade my service plan or give me any other options for a speed increase in my area. My family has been stuck on a 6mbps plan for who knows how long, and every time I have called to upgrade my plan, they tell me that I am at my fastest speed already. What an absolute joke, it's 2024 and my home is filled with technology that we can't even use because of the horrendously slow internet speed. So we are cancelling our unusable service with Truleap and investing in Starlink. DO NOT use this service if you are in the Filer/Curry area.

Blake showed up on time . Very knowledgeable with the install . Worked quickly even helped me lift a trailer back on the block the jack fell off of . Definitely a 10 out of 10

This used to be good service until truleap took over . Now you can tell when everyone gets home and the internet usage goes up . Buffering gets worse . They kept blaming on my router etc. Wanting me to upgrade . Not worth what you pay go elsewhere .
