I wish I could give 0 stars. I was told by a Sun Trust employee (different branch) the documents and requirements for a tourist to open an account so, my relative went to this office that is the closest. Unfortunately the manager was very disrespectful and when she mentioned her country of origin he said that it was a "high risk country" therefore it was not possible to open it. Discrimination at its highest!
Very bad... Poor and disappointing.
