I came here in October with the intent of buying a shotgun. I wasn’t greeted or acknowledged at all. I asked an employee where the shotguns were, and she pointed and said “over there”. Another male employee seemed irritated when I wanted to see a shotgun. I asked a simple question like “does it have a removable choke” and without even looking at me he said “I don’t know, you’d have to look that up”. I put down the gun and walked out.

I’ve never been anywhere so apathetic about potentially making money. No one here seemed to care that I wanted to spend over $500. You lost business, and the fact that you don’t care is the worst part.

Multi-time customer, first time reviewer. This time around, wanted to upgrade my M4 to something with some punch, and had some guns to trade. Even though it turned out my brother-in-law wanted them after Marc gave me a value, he was cheerful and helpful. His team helped me complete my purchase efficiently and in a friendly manner. I love that they even have snacks for the delivery drivers and my kids - to me that's the best of a family owned business. Highly recommend Triple B for any firearm-related need.

Landed in a Kel-Tec RFB. Triple B had magazines and flip-up sights to go with it. Can't wait to shoot it.

Great gun store and the guys working the counter were really helpful and ended up saving me some money, which is nice in today's world where everything is so expensive. BBB solved all my problems and answered all my questions on my new firearm. Recently stopped in and purchased a couple firearms from them and currently getting another. Don't know why I haven't purchased from them before. Prices are fair and competitive like other local small shops, staff is helpful. The layaway program is awesome. The selection of new and used is big. I'll continue to give them my business.
