Amazing brand new community! Everyone on the team is so helpful and caring from the beginning to present. The development/ operations team are also great at what they do and care about the customers and homes. Shea builds quality beautiful homes and the treasure valley social club is top notch. Definitely recommend living here!

I enjoy calling this place home. It’s beautifully landscaped, quiet and nice.

I just wish the HOA was not so high, for so little amenities. Also not having golfing included with our amenities is really disappointing and the fact that the golf course is going private with buy-in now of $20,000 on top of a mortgage is also disappointing.

The planned community, when finished, most likely will be a lovely place to live. Right now I am not overly impressed. The drive down Cloverdale Rd to get to Valor is awful. I could not drive to and from home down that road, it is ugly and rundown.

Trilogy Valor looks like it’s going to be another wonderful 55 and over community by Shea Homes. Hard to give it five stars yet as the models are not even built. Sales office personnel were very friendly and they’re taking appointments for a tour of the new home community adjacent to Falcon Crest golf course in Kuna

My husband and I went with our agent to see this new home project. We met with one of the builders agents, Anjuli. She was very attentive and knowledgeable in showing us the models that pertained to what we are looking for. We were able to go over all aspects of buying here. The homes are beautiful, the property as well as the golf course right next to it is stunning. If things work out as we hope they will, we be very happy homeowners here sometime next year.

I went to look at homes and staff was Excellent, Trilogy Valor is Beautiful I am a 20 yr Retired Navy Veteran and I was so impressed a great place to live Outstanding hope that will be my future.

My realtor spoke to a sales rep explaining we’d like to stop by and were told that there would be no salesperson available however we could tour the models ourselves. We arrived at the office and spoke to a nice lady who assured us she’d be there to answer any questions. Returning to the sales office, the young lady we spoke to was preoccupied at her computer in the corner with AirPods on and a gentleman was present who said he’s just ‘there to do things’ and is not supposed to answer questions. He said he’d be happy to make an appointment for me and that I could find any information on the web and provided a brochure. I explained that I was visiting from Florida and leaving the next day to no avail. Very disappointed in Shea Builders. If a potential home buyer is visiting from another state a good representative would provide their time.
