My wife and I been customers for years. Today we decided to go buy a big Amethyst stone that we saw in one of our previous visits. It was $179 and we were very excited. The woman at the register was very rude and wanted us to pay an extra $5 on top of taxes since we were using our bank card. I politely asked her for the reason and her reply was “sorry that’s what our bank charge for card transactions” they expect their customers to pay for their own bank fees! We asked her nicely if she could give us a $5 discount so we could only pay for the rock and not incur the $5 fees and her answer was “no sorry can’t do that”, and she basically put the rock away and was waiting for us to leave!! It is so sad that she does not care for the business and is only there to collect her hourly wages. We’ve met the owner multiple times and we know that if the owner was there she would’ve accommodated us in a heart beat since we were buying an expensive rock. So sad to see businesses fail just because of impotent workers that don’t care for the business. From our end we will never step a foot in this store again.

I come into the store pretty regularly, whenever I possibly can. The staff are so welcoming and kind and are always willing to help you with finding something or identifying crystals, whatever it may be. It's my absolute favorite store and they always have great things in stock.

Love this store. Love the vibe. The employees there are always friendly and welcoming. They have a vast assortment of unique clothing, candles, boxes, chimes, incense, shoulder bags, jewelry, body jewelry, tarot cards... and now they have a large outdoor crystal section <3 that is often changed up with new inventory. I've only had one poor experience here with an employee (but I never saw her again, so I suspect I wasn't the only one!). Enjoy this place, it is awesome for Indigo Children ;)

Love this place! The amazing scents and the coolest stuff ever. Dont be shy to ask for assistance into the back room. I was impressed with the prices on the items we purchased. Great place to shop for the hard to buy for or you need something for yourself. Staff were friendly and very helpful. I will be back soon.

This was my first time here, but I'd definitely go back. They had a lot of different items from different spiritualities and ethnicities. They are a cross between a rock shop, witchy, local artisan and hippy. Not just a metaphysical shop, but a little bit more.

My favorite part was the jewelry, that had varying styles so a little bit of something for everyone. My husbands favorite thing was the selection of incense. Most of what I walked out with was jewelry, and I would have bought more but I didn't want to go crazy spending too much money.

They staff are very friendly. I am not marking them down for this but the only staff problem I had was that a staff member was helping me and had to go to the counter to pull an item I wanted, she got it but never came back because another customer had asked her a question and she disappeared with them instead of saying I'll be right back to hand me the item, like I was only feet away. Or called over to an unoccupied staff member to help the other customer. She disappeared completely. Another staff member saw me standing there and quickly asked if I needed help, so I didn't have to wait long it hunt any one down. So I feel the other staff member quickly rectified the situation.

No smoke room in back anymore. Hours of operation really SUCK! Call before going to see if they are open so you don't waist your time as going off online hours are not always accurate. My opinion of course, pricing ok on some items. 3 stars is for the awesome and helpful employees and the cool items they do have.
TIP- Be open more and update site.
