Amazing card/board game shop in a small town! My friends and I travel regularly for pokemon tournaments here because this place is so charming. If you happen to be in the area this is a must visit if you like card/board games. Shop owners are incredibly nice and have tons of events running.

I felt very mistreated when I went in today to trade some cards. I have traded cards with them in the past and she typically treated me really fair.

However the last two times I have tried to trade her cards it’s been a bad experience.

Last time I bought in a Flareon from the legendary collection. It was light play to moderate play and she offered me damaged prices.

I am entitled to disagree with you about your prices. I felt offended by your offer.

This time I came in to trade a bunch
of first edition cards and she refused to do business with me because she was upset that I wouldn’t trade her my Flareon from the legendary collection for damaged card prices.

Listen here Linda, I have a right to disagree with how you price your cards. This is called business.

If you have a disagreement in a business transaction then you move on to the next business deal. It’s called business.

You don’t ostracize your customers and call them disparaging and insulting comments because I didn’t agree with the prices you were offering.

Very unprofessional, and rude!

I really wanted your business to thrive in Brush Colorado.

Frankly I don’t think her business will last especially if she mistreats her customers like she mistreated me.

Please, reach out when you are ready to apologize.

I really struggle with this card shop!

I like their drinks!

I want to like them because they provide a place to go outside of going to the front range to buy single Pokémon cards.

They don’t pay cash for Pokémon cards, they only do cards for store credit.

They pay 60% in store credit on trade ins.

I wish their inventory was larger but they don’t get a lot of product in on a regular basis.

Sometimes they might get something but I really struggle finding something to add to my collection!

The selection of Pokémon cards they own are limited. Most card singles they own are heavily played or damaged.

When doing trade ins, they offer you a damaged condition card price when doing trade ins even if it is light played to moderate play condition.

Example: I got offered $20 in Loveland for a lp/mp card. I took it to treacherous waters and they offered $9 in trade. Scandalous!

Most card stores price their cards but treacherous waters doesn’t!

None of their cards are priced. -big time headache!

Not only do I not know the price of their cards.
Them not pricing their cards make it difficult to get a good deal.

Their prices are inconsistent between customers.

Their online prices are usually cheaper than in store prices.

She sold me a card for $59 in store but on their online website store the same card was $35.

They don’t deal with graded cards.

Great game store with plenty of drinks and snacks if you're playing in any events, or just hanging out with friends. The staff has always been very friendly and helpful, and if I've ever needed something they don't have they'll usually order it. Great addition to this small town, and I love watching this store grow.
