I had a nice stay there when I was in Longmont. The rooms are decent size, the bed was comfortable although imo they needed new pillows. The staff was quite helpful to me. I booked online & was surprised when I checked in & still needed to put a deposit down, which I mistakenly believed was part of the early booking cost & I did not get my full deposit back due to a dirty towel which I'm sure would've been alright after a soak in bleach at the most. Was somewhat disappointed in their breakfast foods but it was better then nothing. I didn't realize how far standards for Travelodge had dropped because I was from another state & I always thought it was one the better motels around.

I compared this hotel to others and this one has had the best prices, best amenities, and breakfast is served in the morning.

I called beforehand and the booming experience was a little tedious, but I came in person to the front desk and that's when service really stepped up.

The front desk person was very kind, ensured all my needs were met, and helped me in extending my stay and clarifying concerns regarding refunds or deposits.

Honestly very easy. Nice place. I hear the pool isn't available all the time so that can be a bummer to someone.

The worst experience ever and the new manager has completely no idea what customer service is or how to treat customers. If you stay here make sure to bring your own paper towels to clean up any spills or accidents if you have them, the manager suggests leaving any messes overnight for house keeping and don't use the towels for accidents because they will charge you but won't provide any type of towels for accidents. Also the free breakfast isn't free I was told I was untrustworthy because I took 2 orange juices and 2 muffins. The new manager has no idea what he is doing and he is going to ruin this hotel as he makes it completely uncomfortable and unsanitary to stay there.

WORST experience ever!! Rooms ALL have a horrible stench!! The front manager/Owner is VERY shady and a thief! He charged my credit card a $100 for a deposit and I NEVER received my money back eventhough we NEVER stayed 1 night there. The ceiling fans are caked with dirt and heavy dust!! The smell of the pillows, towels, we're ALL musty and smells like mildew!! We left the next day after the horrible rooms and smell and the place looks VERY unsafe! Joseph front guy is a liar! After calling him about my refund he says he didn't charge my credit card and I told him we have proof of the charge, he stated he didn't see it on his end. I have reported this to my bank and credit card company!! PLEASE be aware of this place and save yourself the time and money and book elsewhere!! He will charge you then you WON'T ever see your money again. Thanks for ruining our Christmas vacation Joseph!! Your staff is very rude and should ALL be in rehab, VERY unprofessional. I hope you feel good about yourself when you steal hard working people's money!!! This place deserves ZERO stars!!

Accommodations are clean very kind and friendly staff....More importantly,I can't say enough about the kindness and generosity that Joseph the GM has shown me.a day before i had planned on having to check out i had requested a late check out time,upon requesting my late check out he seemed surprised that i was not re booking my room for another day since I had already been staying there for a week and was just paying by the day as i stayed,without me saying anything about my funds running low and that I couldn't afford to pay to stay any longer at this time.without him knowing anything about my situation,he told me that I didn't need to check out if it was a case of not being able to pay upfront. he then explained to me that I was more than welcomed to stay and he then offered me a very affordable deal for an extra 3 night and that I could pay as soon as I had the funds and he had no idea about me getting payed in just a couple days and without me even asking for anything or for help ect...before I knew it he was on the computer and checking to see how he could help me out..again without me saying a word about my funds being low or asking him to work with me in order to stay,he very kindly offered me a deal and without me asking said don't worry and to just pay him when I get my check,I can't tell him how grateful I was and am...this is a testimony to what a kind caring and generous person runs this hotel..In my eyes he's true humanitarian he and his family is,he's a hard and honest worker and really seems to care for his guest and go's above and beyond...and in theses recent uncertain and unstable times in our country and around the world and how hard it is for everyone economically..I just want to say that it's people like Joseph that keeps the light of real humanity alive the world could use a lot more people like him in today's society...thanks again for your kindness understanding and generosity that you display..

Save your money don’t stay here. The mattress is extremely used and no longer flat, furniture is lacking comfort style and convenience. No hot water, fridge doesn’t work too well. Fiberglass tub is stained yellow, the bathroom tile is missing grout, the carpet is loose and covered in cigarette burns and the walls are past needing paint and cleaning, the internet is almost nonexistent. This room should be a $39.99 at best a night. Oh yea. I had to clean my own toilet because it was dirty. If my truck wasn’t at the shop I would have gone to a different hotel. I will be calling uber today.

Not very happy with my stay. First I booked online where it had stated no deposit required because the room is booked through a app. Then had to pay an deposit anyway, the room was dirty with hair and burn marks all over the beds along with stains from who knows what. Then our bathroom was filled with hair on the toilet and shower, the "breakfast" is just a small sunny d and a granola bar. And you can tell the floor needed a vacuum due to the fact we can see hair, an food from whoever was last there. No comp for the room, no discount and poor service. Would not do unless you absolutely have to

Positive: Price and location. The hotel is extremely outdated and a bit dumpy, but at the same time the owners have done a great job keeping it clean and comfortable. The room is sufficient, the TV is nice and the beds and pillows were comfortable. Negative: The parking lot is a bit sketchy. Broken down cars, people wandering about. My room stunk of old stale cigarette smoke, but the rest of the hotel did not.
