I have shopped several Tractor Supply stores and have never had as bad of an experience as I do when I shop this store. Today, I made the mistake of shopping there. I picked up a bag of dog treats that was clearly marked on sale. The guy next to me did the same. When we both went to checkout the cashier told us we were wrong and treated us both with such disdain. I have never been treated so poorly by an employee in my life. The gentleman in front of me went and took a photo of the price tag thst we were seeing. When he tried to show it to the cashier she refused to look. She finally marked down the price but continued mumbling how we were wrong. The gentleman paid for his stuff and left the store but came back immediately and said he was returning everything because he didn't like how he was treated. I was tempted to do the same but was in a hurry. I will think twice before ever returning and having to deal with this not so lovely "ray of sunshine." I think I will drive a little further and go to Bayfield.

Everyone who works at the Tractor Supply Store in Durango is so helpful and friendly. I regularly buy my dog's food there and every time I come in I'm greeted and asked if I need any help finding something. If I do need help, they actually know where the product is and they're always willing to offer helpful recommendations. Every shopping experience is a pleasant one thanks to the employees.

Wow! I knew I loved Tractor Supply and now they are simply my favorite. The manager and his employees went above and beyond to help fix our cargo hitch. I really don't know what we would have done.

Every time I go in to pick up my horse feed they are either out of stock or say they are in stock but can’t find it. Today I waited for 10 minutes for someone to see if they had it. After I waited 10 minutes I was told they had it out back but had to unload a delivery before they could get it. This place is the Dollar General of farm supply. From now on I will pay the extra $2 a bag at the local feed store.

My husband and I came into the store needing weed spray. Customer service representative, Tyrell helped us get the right product for our needs. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. We will definitely be back to this store for all our needs.

Have shopped here on and off since opening, always welcomed n taken care of.
2022 purchased a reasonable weed eater head yet problem with it kept occuring.
Starting off this season same problem.
Took into local TS service, desk and manager understood issue, referred Solutions. 6 calls, 12 to 28 minutes with no personal contact..
Local store great Solutions suck.
