After picking up my kids from school , I heard a terrible noise underneath hood.

I pulled over and saw this plate dislodged and dragging. I flagged down a city Lone Tree police officer. He didn't have the tools to help me but suggested that I come here.

I walked in the door and they immediately pulled my car in without hesitation and told me that they would help me at no cost.

I want to thank Tori and Simon for all of their help with my tire situation. They had the tire I needed in stock and was able to replace it in 1 hour! They also was able to let me know why my tire was flat and was able to provide me with extra caps for my tires - since I did not have them on some of my tires. They will now and forever be my go-to tire service center for all of my tire needs.

Customer Beware! $100 oil change turned into greater than $1500.00 damage that they won't cover even if at fault. They deserve zero stars! I've been a customer for 10 to 15 years. I loved them. I took my vehicle in for an oil change and they broke my oil cooler unit. I asked to elevate my complaint and was told there wasn't any higher up to talk to. Finally, after switching my browser to incognito a customer service number came up and I was able to file a claim. So, they sent this inspector out. He was a 3rd party investigator with an agenda. He asked me what the shop told me and then said he'd agree with that and proceeded to build a case against my claim. He didn't provide me a business card. The investigator called back in about an hour offering a $300 discount if his son did the job under the table at his home. When I told the claims manager that they needed to send it a different inspector that is ethical I was told they would not do that. My $100 oil change turned into a $1500.00 bill and nightmare.

I took my car into Tire Plus because the dust cover on the bottom was loose and making a strange noise. Tori and Logan were incredibly helpful. Logan looked at it and determined it only needed a couple of screws and fixed it in a few seconds. I’m very appreciative for the, friendly, quick help they both provided!

Tires plus is great. I've brought my car(s) here for years. I dropped my car off this weekend and it was ready faster than I thought & it's running like a champ! They always give me the breakdown of the recommendations and it's digitalso that's convenient. Simon is awesome and always help me out! Bring your car here. They'll take good care of you.

The front desk was nice, no complaints there. They are just there to do their job and I understand that. I have warranty for my tires through this company and recently had one tire pop and another lose air ridiculously fast. I went in to get it looked at and was told over the phone if my tire wasn’t fixable I would be able to get a discounted rate since I had opted in for roadside hazard warranty as well. Tell me how my bill went from possibly free or having to pay for two tires to all 4 tires needing to be replaced and I need an alignment. My total became $1000+. I literally was dumbfounded. It seems like a place that tries to help but also takes advantage of people who aren’t car professionals and tries to over charge and upsale their services and what your car “needs” I got a second opinion and ended up with a quote of $300 for two tires as my other tires were fine and still had traction. They did say I would need new tires in about a year or two but I was fine with fixing the back two for now. I’m just really disappointed that this is the process I had to go through. Please do better and understand that while you may be trying to make extra money, youre really hurting my pocket in the process.
