The man behind the counter who I took to be the owner was very knowledgeable about toys and what was on the market. It was great to talk to him and learn about new toys coming out, toys that had won toy of the year. I spoke to the man and he said he was theo's father which I thought made the toy store all more genuine and unique. Definitely shopping here as long as he doesn't move out west!

Cool little shop with a fun array of options for a variety of interests. I was surprised to see so many rpg options! All seemed well priced as well.

Would have been 5 stars but the cashier felt the need to answer an unasked question. I spent a while browsing the rpg books trying to find something fun for my group to enjoy. (Lots of good options, ended up buying two my group and I are very excited about) The cashier decided to educate me that the books I was looking at were RPG books, which I hadn't asked. Given that each book clearly says they're for RPGs on the cover I'm not sure if the implication is that I can't read or that I don't know what an rpg is? Not sure what it is about me in particular that would make him feel the need to educate me but I didn't care for it. The assumption of my ignorance felt unnecessary. He seemed nice otherwise.

Stopped in here tonight with the family and thoroughly enjoyed shopping the store and meeting the owner. Pretty good collection of games of various styles and Tony was very helpful explaining different games and suggestions for us to try out.

The owner was so friendly and he was very knowledgeable on all sorts of different games, toys and models! He knows a lot about the games he sells and he had a lot of games I hadn't seen before that look like a lot of fun! Would recommend for a game store!

Amazing customer service. I have been going to Theo’s since it opened and I absolutely adore the sweet family who owns it. They are incredibly helpful and accommodating. When my son ‘graduated’ from elementary during quarantine this year, they helped me find an awesome gift and delivered it to my house (respectfully masked😉).
Thank you for always being our go-to toy store!
