We have been customers of The Stereo Shoppe for many years now. The latest project included a complete re-do and update of our home music and television products. It took a bit of planning, which Raymond (the owner) helped us think through. And the installation was remarkable. Two very knowledgeable, friendly, and professional fellows took an entire day and got it all right, including clean up and carry away. The whole experience has been very satisfying, and we recommend giving this business a shot at your business.

My experience at The Stereo Shoppe was first-rate. Dropped in on a Friday "kicking the tires," contemplating replacement/upgrade of my 35-y.o. Vandersteen speakers which served me well but which were developing age-related problems. Raymond invited me back for a private (store closed) extended audition of several speakers in my price range. He set up some B&W's, some Paradigms, and some Dynaudios in preparation and also suggested I advance-email him a playlist of favorite music to use to compare, which he then had queued up to hi-res stream. Kyndal was super nice to engage with my wife and chat about music (and non-music) while I auditioned. Didn't buy that day, but did come back a couple weeks later and sprung for some sweet Sonus fabers. They were delivered to the store six days later, and Raymond brought them to my home the following day to personally unbox them and set them up. Big upgrade! Loving to listen to all kinds of music again. I am very pleased with both product and service and recommend The Stereo Shoppe to anyone looking for great music reproduction.

Well I gave stereo shoppe another chance came in with thousands to spend and the staff treats you like you are beneath them. Salesperson got the model wrong thst I inquired about model was written in text exact model. Didn't read it or assumed and was way off. This shoppe wants to attend to only people they deemed wealthy. Not informed audiophiles.

Perhaps the best place to get your home theatre in the country. This is our 7th home and Craig and his team are awesome, responsive and reliable. We came home to a fouled up system on a Saturday and he remotely got us back up and running. The best service, ever.

My father upgraded his system with this business. He had them trying to resale some of his old equipment. They lost/sold his speaker stands. My father in law kept getting the run around from this place for replacements. They eventually stoped taking his and my phone calls. He never got compensation or replacement for the items.

Update: This business did refund my father in-laws money about 2 months after this post.

Raymond and staff are the best. Best Customer service. We have been with them for 16 years. Have had our home systems upgraded twice with great results. We recently upated our Modem and we were not able to reconnect with our Routers. Raymond took the time on his way home on a Friday to get us up and going again before the long weekend.

They did the install for security cameras and all the audio visual wiring in our house. Had a few issues but they claimed it wasn’t their fault and washed their hands of it. Having problems with the system currently and after months of trying to set up an appointment for them to fix it I’m finally resorting to this review. They will not return my calls even after speaking directly to the owner Raymond. Look for another company for your home installs because this one is horrible.

Hands down best service in the Valley! Nate and his team did a great job installing speakers for my team at our job site. I received positive feedback from them and morale was noticeably improved. Due to this I trusted Nate to come to my home and setup my TV/Sound bar so the wires would not show on the wall. Great job guys!
