The Springs Resort is lovely. The pools are fantastic and are well maintained. The staff is all friendly, helpful, and efficient. Will definitely stay here again. ||My sister and I had massages on our last night and they were both fantastic! At the front desk of the spa, Jess was very warm, welcoming, professional, and helpful. My massage therapist was Carissa and she was amazing! I have never had a better massage in my life. She asked what pressure I preferred and checked in to make sure I was happy with it. Her technique and touch were inspired and magical. Long smooth strokes left me both very relaxed and my muscles relieved of any tension. She has a thorough understanding of the human body, connection pathways, and trigger points. The warm blankets and towels were applied just right. I kept thinking “how did she learn to do this so well?” If I lived near here I would definitely come back to her again and again. Well worth the money and time.

Editing my review to share that We had the absolute pleasure of being served by Pete and Michelle during our stay and I can confidently say they provided the best bar experience we’ve ever had. From the moment we sat down, they welcomed us with genuine warmth, making us feel more like old friends than guests.

Not only did they craft some of the most incredible drinks we’ve ever tasted—each cocktail was perfectly balanced, creative, and made with an obvious passion—but their hospitality truly set them apart. They took the time to get to know us, remembering our preferences and making personalized recommendations that we never would have thought to try but absolutely loved.

Beyond their impeccable skills, what made the experience so special was their energy and kindness. They created such a fun, relaxed, and engaging atmosphere, making every conversation feel effortless and every moment at the bar feel like home. Even in the busiest moments, they made sure everyone felt seen and taken care of, a testament to their outstanding service and professionalism.

If you find yourself at The Springs Resort do yourself a favor and grab a seat at the bar with Pete and Michelle. Their talent, warmth, and ability to turn a simple drink into an unforgettable experience is truly something special. We can’t wait to come back and see them again!

My stay at Pagosa Springs was absolutely amazing! The natural hot springs were pristine and relaxing, surrounded by stunning scenery. The rooms were spotless and cozy, with thoughtful amenities. The on-site grill served delicious, fresh meals, and the staff’s hospitality was outstanding. This was an excellent weekend get an away. I highly recommend one of the packages so you get 24 access to the springs. The staff were so friendly and Jason even was sharing amazing facts about the springs. The resort did a great job of managing the day pass guests from the overnight guests to reduce crowding. I also saw the pools getting cleaned regularly. Overall, I had an amazing, relaxing weekend and my skin has never been so clear!

Our stay at The Springs Resort was made even more special thanks to Christina Martinez. From the moment we arrived, she was incredibly friendly, kind, and welcoming. When our flight was canceled due to weather, we opted to drive from Denver, and Christina went above and beyond—calling to check in on us when we hadn’t arrived at our scheduled check-in time. Her thoughtfulness and genuine care made a lasting impression. The resort itself was fantastic, but Christina’s hospitality truly set it apart.

I didn’t stay overnight so I can’t comment on the rooms. If they are anything like the staff, they are 5 stars. Emma, Clayton and especially Matt (I had a lot more interaction with him) were exceptionally helpful. Superior customer service from anyone I interacted with at the facility. And the facility…clean, comfortable, updated and it seems they are constantly improving it. I wish I lived closer as I’d be a regular customer for sure. I will build a day at this spa on EVERY trip that brings me to the area. Bravo!!!

It was a wonderful experience! We went here for my birthday and we
would definitely go again! Cristina Martinez at the front desk was the very first person I met and I instantly felt very welcomed and cared for. The entire staff went above and beyond in everything, from getting you drinks up to giving you a massage. Not a penny wasted! If you are looking for a vacation to completely unwind and relax, this is the place to go. Not only do they value hygiene and wellness but they also prioritize their customers. Thank you to everyone who catered to my mother and I! We hope to see you again 😄

We enjoyed a day pass at the Springs and had the most memorable weekend, thanks to the above and beyond staff. A BIG THANK YOU to Matt, Kevin, and Audra for helping us give my mom an amazing birthday weekend. Matt and Audra started us off with such a warm welcome into the springs helping us get signed in and getting our towels and robes (giving the birthday girl a complimentary one). They were so inviting and welcoming next thing we knew we were sharing our story of where we were coming from and showing pictures of all of our families. It was such a genuine heart warming interaction that was a great kick start to the afternoon. Next we were trying to figure out the best place for us to get in that would accommodate my sister with MS and my other sister who is pregnant. Matt was very helpful of showing us the map and around the pool and even sent us on our way to the best bartender KEVIN! He was great with getting us some drinks even going out of his way to make me an espresso martini, I think I enjoyed his version more than the original one. Over all a GREAT afternoon and DEFINITELY a stop that is worth coming back too.
