My husband and I love living at this apartment complex. We have been living at this apartment complex for over 2 years now. It is one of the most dog friendly apartment buildings in the area.We are a block from the river, and close to two dog parks. Our apartment sends out cute monthly newsletters and hosts some social events for residents. Our apartment has spacious bedrooms and beautiful coloring. Their office staff and maintenance are always quick to address any concerns and fix any issues. Their staff are always kind and courteous when interacting with residents.

I love this place! I moved back home from out of state and I had to choose a place, sight unseen. It wound up being exactly what I was looking for. It's very well maintained and all of my neighbors are quiet, friendly folks. Easily the best community complex I've ever lived in. 3 years so far. 👍

I’ve been living at the Residence at Mill River for some time now, and I couldn’t be happier. The community is incredibly clean, safe, and quiet, making it the perfect place for families. The well-maintained grounds and friendly neighbors create a welcoming atmosphere. It’s the perfect balance of peaceful living with easy access to everything you need. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and family-friendly environment!

Awesome Semi Private Community.
Beautiful Private Park right on the Spokane River.
It has a Covered outdoor area & indoor men's & women's bathrooms.
There is a Public Park along the river right next to the private one.
I used to take care of this & Millright right next door to them when they were new until my leukemia put down for 4 years.
I'd give them a 6 stars out of 5!!!

To whom is taking care if the Grounds, You're doing a good job of keeping the lawn by the river thick & green!
I thought my new guys snuck some of my Organic Fertilizer down there because it looks like one of my Business's or Association's!

We'll Done & highly recommend anyone looking for a great place to live.

And those looking for a Beautiful lawn to the river well, here you go!

My experience at The Residence at Mill River has been wonderful. The office is cozy and professional. Mia and Ashleigh are knowledgeable and very helpful. The grounds are clean. It sounds like previous management disappointed some people but, I can certainly vouch for Mia and Ashleigh. They sincerely want you to have a great experience here.

My parents Richard & Margaret Whitten reside at The Residence at Mill River... I am leaving this review on their behalf as they are older and not technically savvy. They would like to say that they absolutely love the location of The Residence at Mill River because it is close to the water, wonderful bike trails, amenities, etc! Beautiful grounds. Quiet location.

This used to be a really nice place to live but it has rapidly gone down hill lately. Open drug use is pretty common, dog waste all over the green spaces, office staff that clearly has better things to do than deal with residents concerns. Have had vehicles left in front of garage twice in the past month, office staff has refused to help with it and the towing company does not respond when called. Can you imagine having your vehicle trapped for 24 hours and the office staff being unwilling to help? Just insane, lived in the hood when i was younger and things were better than this.

This is for any future residents thinking about moving here, DONT. You will never find a resolution to any problem big or small. Management is atrocious and have never met anyone more childish than the lady who runs the place. You’d be better off calling up Uhaul and asking for an available until to live in. I’m not exaggerating either. The owners need to reconsider who manages the place because I know I’m not the first and won’t be the last person to feel this way. And for the sorry souls still living there, spend as little time cleaning your apartment when you leave the place. You could lick the place spotless and you’ll be charged for the 3 pieces of hair you didn’t vacuum up. If I could I’d rate this place -5 I would. Have a good day
