Looking for a new MTB frame, decided I wanted a carbon hardtail 29er, a lightweight racing rig for the great cross country trails in the SoCal mountains. The Pro's Closet was having a labor day sale and the beautiful Orbea carbon bike I'd been watching suddenly became irresistible, so I purchased it.

All my tech questions were answered quickly and honestly, I had no problems whatsoever making sure the bike was spec'd according to my needs. It was shipped via FedEx and arrived safely 24 hrs later.

What a joy opening that bike box and assembling my new rig! All parts and components were accounted for and in excellent condition. It was ready for a test ride 30 minutes later. Overall, a very satisfying experience with the team at Pro"s Closet and with my new MTB

TPC is the BEST bike store my husband and I have ever been in! We ordered new Specialized hybrid bikes and they were sent to TPC to be assembled for us. We picked them up yesterday and WOW what an amazing experience we had. Joey and Arielle, who helped us, were upbeat, engaging, knowledgeable, passionate, and fun! They were truly excited for us! They made our experience and day really fun. Honestly it’s refreshing to be helped by people that love what they do and these two do!! TPC is lucky to have them and we were lucky to run into them. This is the Nordstrom of bike stores! We will be loyal customers of this business. They know how to treat their customers, they have an amazing facility, and their passion for cycling and customer service shines strongly. I made an appointment to test ride 2 pre-owned e-Mtn bikes at TPC. Phillip was my Ride Guide and he had them all lined up in the showroom in all their glory, ready to go when I arrived. He gave me a nice greeting and asked why I had come in. I saw the bikes all shined up, ready to go and I exclaimed, “those two!” I had good test rides on a nearby trail and was able to get good initial impressions. In the end, Phillip was able to make me feel comfortable about my final decision. I came home with a gorgeous lavender Santa Cruz Bullit, the “Wow! Love at first sight!” bike on the showroom floor. Thanks Phillip and TPC!

Quick side note, I highly recommend you make an appointment for test rides if you’re local. Most of their bikes are boxed up in the back warehouse ready for quick shipping and they need time to prep them. I didn’t realize that at first when I had been in earlier that week for another bike. A huge difference in customer support when they have time to prep and assign you a Ride Guide.

Couldn’t be happier about my recent purchase. I was looking for an e-bike and had my heart set on a Giant Reign E+ 2 but couldn’t afford a brand new one, however The Pro Closet had a used 2022 one for 4k. I jumped on the chance to get the bike. They were very helpful with all my question and I got the bike within 4 days of ordering. I had my first ride today and the bike is amazing!! The Pros Closet is the best!! The friendly staff helped talk me through my road vs. gravel bike dilemma and even though I chose to purchase a Canyon, they helped me through every step of setting up my new bike when it arrived. Arielle specifically was incredible in teaching me (a bike newbie) how to switch my road tires out for gravel tires and I walked away confident in how to do it on my own in the future. Most bike shops would tell you to go kick rocks with a Canyon bike but Arielle and everyone at TPC were so happy to help me out as a first timer. They also helped me pick out the perfect pedals, helmet, etc. and have amazing gear at incredibly reasonable prices. Highly recommend stopping in or shopping online there for all your bike needs!

I first shopped online and bought a wheel set from tpc. The wheels I got were really new condition and a great deal. I decided to make a visit when I came to Colorado. I was a little nervous with some poor reviews online, but service was excellent in store. The staff went above and beyond in showing me around, and helping me find what I needed. The bicycle processing they do to sell used bikes is very thorough, and 100% trust anything you are buying from them. Extremely happy and worth a visit to the shop. The staff really think of all your needs, and want you to be happy with whatever item you get.

Steven [bike tech] and the other guy [sorry, I didn't get their name] who scheduled service on my newly delivered Canyon Grizl were awesome to work with. It was a walk-in and they were able to respond quickly and schedule work on fixing the issues on my new bike [the seat post grub screw is not engaging properly]. The pick-up was earlier than anticipated and Steven also made time to set my tires to tubeless. 10/10 would return for future bike services on my Grizl here.
