Last Thursday May 27, 2016, I attended the graduation for my grandson Connor Hansen from the Franklin County High School.

Four students spoke about their life and academic struggles, but more important their achievements and growth from the support and friendship from their teachers.

They “All” seemed to have a bond with one another. Something that is rare in our schools today.

I was very impressed as each student walked to receive their diploma; you could see the caring attitude and hugs for both student and faculty.

Well done! Franklin County High School, Victory to your School.

Go Bulldogs!

I have to say I’ve always enjoyed reading the Preston Citizen newspaper.
Although I am quite disappointed with an article that was written about me. Kyle Henderson wrote the article, and gave falsified facts and skewed information about what was written. I called the Preston Citizen asking them to fix what was wrong, and they agreed to do it. They never ended up fixing it. Hopefully in the future they will not give false accounts of what took place.
