This place is great! Yvette and I believe the other gals name was Hailey? They were both great! Had wonderful ideas, very creative, and more importantly saved me and my business a lot of time! Great end result and a great price!!

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME & MONEY. Literally the worst, most unprofessional people to work with, especially Yvette, the owner. Her designs are not at all what you ask her to do, there is no proofreading done, and it takes forever to hear from her. She messed up on my wedding date! We tried contacting her multiple times but she ignored us. But when she did answer she got mad and hung up on us! Very very! Unprofessional! Along with that, half our invitations didn’t even get sent out! Too much money wasted on a poor product. I do not reccomend this place to anyone, and you would be a fool if you chose to go here.

We chose to have wedding announcements printed here. BIG MISTAKE and headache!!!I liked that they offered to stuff, address and mail them at a cheaper rate than the regular postage stamp rate. By choosing to use their services more stress was added to an already stressful event.
We have no idea who has received invitations. The ones that had an RSVP enclosure did not receive them. We only figured that out when we were not receiving any RSVP's. They were not mailed out with the other general announcements and must have been sitting somewhere in the business. They were only mailed after a call was made to Yvette which was never returned.
After sharing my experience, several people I talked with had similar problems and felt that Yvette blamed any problem on them. Taking no responsibility for unacceptable service. Will never recommend or do business here again.

Dealing with a huge mess making sure all the people on our invitation list get invited to our wedding! Really bad experience with this place. A huge portion of our list didn’t even get an invitation sent to them. We had no idea until some of our friends/ family started receiving their invitations and then a huge group of others didn’t. For those that did get invitations THE DAY WAS WRONG! When we called the owner to get help with this and ask for a fix she hung up on us and would only refund half of what we payed for the incorrect invitations and SHE STILL DIDNT SEND OUT THE ENTIRE LIST TO FIX IT. This has caused a TON of stress and problems with something that should have never happened and has been handled awfully by this business. Super frustrated! Definitely take your business to someone else.

Very unprofessional, has an animal in the office, and if you correct them when they type your last name in completely wrong she tells you she doesn’t appreciate the attitude. Well I don’t live in Pocatello and can just run over and redo that part of my background check. I think anyone would have said something to correct their name, no attitude. This place is the closest electronic finger printing place to me. Maybe you shouldn’t have an attitude when someone corrects you.

We just had business cards designed and printed here and they turned out amazing. Yvette is wonderful to work with and the quality far surpassed the ones we had previously ordered online. I would definetely recommend The Paperwork Place!

The Paperwork Place in Pocarello, ID, is the only "Live Scan" location for Fieldprint, Inc., is east Idaho. Live Scan allows your fingerprints to be captured, sent to Fieldprint to produce an "ETF" which is sent to your company and the requesting government agency. My prints were accepted by the "agency" within hours! All other Fieldprint sites in East Idaho, western Wyoming, southern Montana, and far northern Utah use the "Ink & Roll" method to capture fingerprints. This process takes up to two weeks to actually send an ETF to an agency for review! So, use The Paperwork Place or drive to Boise or Ogden or SLC for those "big town" Live Scan" locations, or wait on your clearance for weeks due to the messy, traditional method (i.e., Ink & Roll).

The Paperwork Place staff expedited my request with professionalism, patience, competency, and a flexible, amicable "can do" attitude.

Yes, I saw the cat on the floor & couch, and deftly avoided any interaction, as I am hyperallergic to most things on four legs and some on two, e.g., Gingers (hah!). In all things, my business experience was 'purrfect.' So, if you need your finger (or paw) prints captured, go to TPP in 'Poky.'

I went to get fingerprinted and it was one of the best experiences I've had. They' were respectful, friendly, and very prompt. It was no time at all to get in and out on my lunch break.
