The Ozark Armory

The guy who works there that was in the Army is awesome and very knowledgeable. Half the time I go in there is just to browse and look around and I get talking to him and learn something new every time. He’s always happy to share his knowledge and help you out. I will say that a lot of the stuff they have is way too expansive in my opinion but so is everything else in life. I would definitely recommend this place over the other guns shops in the area.

I’ve bought a number of firearms, and lots of ammo, from this business. Bought my first firearm from them. Always knowledgeable and friendly. I’ve been other places, but the customer service I get from Ozark Armory, is a higher “caliber”.

When I finally decided it was time to get my first guns I just started here because -being situated on a road I travel daily- it was the only one I knew of. But I’m glad I did. They had a good system for identifying exactly what I wanted and enough of a variety to show me various products with basic tier variations. I always felt like we were in the same headspace, and they never made me feel remotely stupid, not an easy task. I don’t like to shop around because I’m lazy so the endless countertop of 9mm’s was almost more than I could manage. By the time I’d gotten to the end I’d forgotten most of the ones at the beginning. While they were patient, they understood that I was going to need to graze a little bit and other folks were popping in. But at last, I made a choice that I’m very happy with. It wasn’t until I paid for it all that I understood just how impartial they had been during the sale. Because after the transaction they were like proud parents as they congratulated me on my choices. Made me feel a little cooler for having made them even if they were very well informed by “the guys”. Thanks again, “guys”

Have gone there before and bought guns, but the last time I've gone there to trade a glock, let me tell you, the WORST experience with a big dude with a beard, treated me like I didn't speak English, proceed to tell me if I'm ok and feeling well enough to buy the gun because I was making him "nervous" filling out something I had to do twice because he couldn't read it. Looks to me this business treats certain people better than others and that's ok, I'll be taking my money elsewhere, beware if your not white you will NOT get treated fairly here, better off at ozark sportsman or academy.

They have really nice things don’t get me wrong but the customer service is horrible atleast from the younger white guy maybe in his 20s I feel like everyone else was very helpful beside him he had an attitude and we could tell he didn’t want to help possibly due to us being of color assuming we didn’t know what we where doing in the store or that we where goin to steal I spent 200 there and the guy was still being a douch about helping me.

I've had good experiences with buying firearms, accessories, and ammunition from this business. I also always use them as my FFL when I order something online. I enjoy looking at the cool stuff they have in stock while I shop. I've had good conversations with staff and they've on occasion given me free mags when I purchase a firearm. I would absolutely recommend this place to all my friends.

I've bought several firearms from them over the years until my last visit there in 2023. I have to agree with the previous reviews about their horrible customer service and overall attitude (that's been the case for a long time in my experience), but my reason to never spend another penny with them was based on my request to do some trading. I brought 5 items in for trade, all name brand, all in great condition, one of which being a Colt AR. They offered me $800 for the lot. I explained to them that their offer was insulting at best and it gave me the distinct impression they simply don't want my business at all. I was attempting to buy a $2500 pistol. So fwiw, i do not recommend shopping here if you like customer service, or expect any measure of consideration toward your trades. I understand they have to make money, but when you offer less than a pawn shop, somethings wrong there. just my 2 cents and I make it a point to tell that story to everyone I know looking for a firearm.

I Always feel welcomed and get help, the guys here are friendly,professional and very knowledgeable! This place is my go to when I am in the market and I happily suggest this location, ive been Shopping with Ozark Armory for a couple years now and ive never had any problems. . David, Jordan,Jason and Bill are awesome I never have an issue with leaving having questions or suggestions un answered! If I'm looking for a specific fire arm the guys are really good about looking for what I want or letting me know when what I want comes in.
