Great location and great communication. The room was very clean and had everything including the ability to make pour-over coffee. We had a few drinks at the Neon Mallard and the staff there was awesome. We would definitely stay here again and will recommend to family and friends.

We loved everything about this stay! The room was large and adorably decorated. The bed was soooo comfortable! Your morning coffee/tea set up was charming and convenient. Check in and out was a breeze. The only thing we would’ve like would have been a roll of paper towels. But we had some in our vehicle, so we used those. Thank you for being such amazing hosts!!!

This is a great deal for the price! The rooms are nicely decorated and comfortable. The check-in process was a breeze, and the location is right within the walkable parts of downtown Pagosa Springs. The restaurant and bar on site is gorgeous as well. The bartender, Michael, was incredibly kind and helpful even though I wandered in a few minutes before closing on Superbowl Sunday.

I was very impressed with this place! Best Motel I have ever stayed in my life! I liked it so much that I decided to extend my stay for another 2 nights. The rooms are a bit small and simple, but yet super elegant and clean. The bed is very comfortable, making it perfect to crash after skiing all day at Wolf Creek. They don't have staff on site, and the check in is all done electronically through your phone. But they are very easy to reach as I had to call them a few times after locking myself out. My interaction with them was very pleasant. I love that the rooms have hardwood floor instead of carpets. I also loved the coffee set up they have. I'm definitely staying there again next time I come skiing at Wolf Creek.

The room was very clean. The bathroom is up to date and also very clean. Bed was very comfortable. I rarely ever get real sleep while camping or staying in a hotel and I slept like a log. That great sleep could be a direct effect from the delicious old fashion that I had at the amazing Neon Mallard. Very impressed with both the motel and the Neon Mallard. Will for sure stay again in the future if need be.

Fred and his wife, Jessica, are incredibly generous! When we got a flat tire on a Sunday, they kindly offered to have it patched before our drive back to NM. While we waited, Fred suggested we relax in the bar with some drinks. The entire hotel had such a great atmosphere, and the bartender made the best Bloody Marys! We’re already looking forward to coming back!

This has got to be my favorite go to stay at Pagosa Springs. The rooms are a slice of luxury, contemporary design, and most importantly a clean environment. The rooms have all of the necessities and beyond including the most delicious pour over coffee for the mornings. The wall heaters are clearly new and work like a wonder when it’s frozen outside. The contactless check in and check out is ideal for travelers coming from far away. I love that they have the lounge on site - Neon Mallard. This place is walkable too, so many local bars and stores nearby. Highly recommend.

This place is super cute. My room was tidy and they thought of everything. It was perfect for my solo stay. And that bar is simply fantastic. I really enjoyed it and felt well taken care of the whole time. It's also walkable to everything. I am glad I stayed there. Thank you!
