As always, a great selection of muzzle loading supplies, rendezvous gear, knives, trade beads, and more. It had been 30 years since I was there last, and though the beloved Grizz had passed recently, his spirit still remains strong in a store that hasn't changed in decades. So cool to see a genuine small family run store. Employees are so friendly and knowledgeable! This store is truly unlike any other store I’ve ever been to; a completely unique experience and products you don’t see everywhere. A welcome reprieve from the same old tourist shops!

Stopped in here to look around, made the comment that last time i shot my flint lock i pulled the trigger and two weeks later it when off. the man behind the picked up on this and spent the time to understand what i was doing wrong and explain to me what i need to do differently. i bought every this he suggested and a few other other items.

Interesting selection and cool store. Hilariously overpriced but I won't fault them for that since it's a tourist town. The owner was very pushy and very rude and kept interrupting when I was trying to browse and talk to my wife. At one point I was talking to her about buying something and he yells across the room that we "have to pay for it". Anyway look around this store because it's cool and then purchase whatever you find somewhere else. Except the Arkansas sharpening stones, those are well priced and a high quality item.

The COOLEST shop! I swear, Jeremiah Johnson himself is the owner. The shop is aptly named. I stumbled upon the place, not thinking anything would appeal to me, then left with great treasures. I love the collection of historically accurate clothing, but there’s a little of something for everyone!
