Had such a fun time browsing this store with my friend today. The owner was very friendly and encouraged our silliness. I also found the most beautiful suede and fur coat as I was browsing and couldn’t leave without it! Really enjoyed this store and I will be back!

In my opinion, this is the best antique store in downtown Florence! With two fully stocked floors, the selection and variety in this place is massive, and it can easily take 1-2 hours to fully walk through all the booths. Reasonable prices from nearly all the sellers, and the owner was friendly and personable though my entire shopping experience.

Went in 2-10-22, asked man at the counter if he would call the owner of a snuff bottle with my offer 20% off. I called next day and a woman answered, quickly went into offensive voice saying she would only take 10 % off and wouldn’t let me finish speaking. She hung up before I could say I would buy it.
If you’re miserable working with the public, it’s time to change your work instead of spreading your misery and losing sales and losing this regular customer. Never going there again.

I would put zero stars if I could. Wanted to use our tax exempt number to make a purchase for our museum. Had made purchases at 5 other stores today doing this with no issue. By law, store owner is supposed to provide a form for me to fill out for this. She made excuses she could not. Wanted me to provide a form which is NOT how it works. Told her the law as I help 100s of groups set up their non profit and sales tax exempt status over the last 30 years. Woman was very rude so I told her she could stick the sale you know where! Items were overpriced though I was negotiating with her husband when she stuck her nose in. Don't go here...lots of other options!
