Summary: complete lack of accountability.

Hindsight: I brought two denim stockings in to have my twins name put on. At drop off I expressed I was not particular about font or size… they know embroidery best and choose whatever is easiest. Was made to believe it was no problem and a simple project.

Today at pickup after visualizing the names, they both look subpar. Especially “Virgil”. Stray lines, scant threads, missing parts. Looks awful.

I brought my concerns up to the gentleman who came to the counter (turns out, he was the owner). Unfortunately, he was cold & insensitive. Completely dismissive of the poor quality. Dismissive of my concerns. I expressed I did not choose the font style nor was I particular about it… his reply “sounds like maybe you were.” Expecting my son’s names to look good, no matter what style THEY chose, is not unrealistic.

Maybe just two insignificant names to him but keepsakes to me.

This place has lost my entire family’s business. There are way too many competitors that are thankful to have your business, no matter how small. Shame.

I walked in looking for boots over the weekend and could not believe the prices. So I read the past reviews and went to the boot store in Newark, Workman's clothing, It was worth the drive. They were very accommodating and didn’t act they were selling gold items. Way to expensive. Would not recommend.

I went there to get carharrt shorts for my sister. Awesome business and the employees are even better. Great choice of clothes and colors along with great prices. I recommend anyone looking for carrharts or boots or pretty much anything to try this place out. Easy to get to and definitely an enjoyable experience! The Lakes End t-shirt is a great fit and gets quite a few compliments!

They have a good selection of Carheart products. When I was there bigger sizes was slim picking. Staff are friendly and ready to help. They don't use a register is the only odd thing I thought. Very small town vibe.

Loved this little gem of a store. My husband is a Union Ironworker, this store carries Carhartt clothes, high visibility clothes, and Red Wing boots. Everything was priced very reasonable. We will definitely be shopping here again and would recommend it.
