Really beautiful magazine but no customer service. I was excited to receive a 1 year membership from my wife for my birthday. It’s advertised as quarterly magazine and I received 4 issues in 5 months and had my account deactivated restricting all digital benefits as well. I sent emails to two different email addresses on their website with no response. It was a no brainer for me to renew but on the principal of having terrible customer service my journey with the publication has ended. Beautiful magazine with a great resource community around the sport, so I hope anyone else considering has a better experience than me.
