Women at the starbucks counter are the rudest I've had to encounter. I've been here multiple times to try to see if anyone is different, but they are all rude. It's like my order ruins their day. They chose to work there? Not sure why they stay if they seem to hate their job.

Online sales are an absolute joke here. Trying to buy over 1,000$ in books for nursing school. Black Friday sale advertisement says 20% off site wide. Took me forever to find terms and exclusions after coupon didn't work. What do ya know...false advertising. Course materials excluded in this sale. Their website also offers 10% off your entire purchase for signing up. Tried to use this coupon and again no luck. On the coupon it says "shop online for course materials, supplies, technology, and more." Here were the terms for this coupon: "This coupon can be redeemed for 10% off your purchase. Offer not valid on textbooks, course materials, diploma frames, laptops, tablets, technology, regalia, Apple products or gift cards. Offer cannot be combined with any other promotion or offer and excludes clearance merchandise."

Pretty darn decent.
Lots of books. Fewer Legos.
Lots of Coug merch, a surprising lack of Husky merch... don't know what's up with that?

I like the bookie. It's a nice place to study, they've got lots of school apparel, snacks, and school supplies. One thing I don't appreciate about it is that the Starbucks inside is often out of lots of drinks and doesn't sell actual Starbucks foods

Everyone was super friendly and helpful! They were quick to point out discounts we could get by downloading the apps or becoming an alumni association member. They made checkout quick and were willing to help out. Prices can be expensive but there are many discounts you can get as well

First time at the Bookie since they moved it into CUB. Used to be farther away, down the hill to the West. You can tell it's been a while for me. Much bigger than the old location and a better layout. Separate text book section for student needs. Good selection of clothing, gear, bags, backpacks, snacks, rain and snow wear (you'll need that during Fall and Spring), and other college-related stuff. Friendly, knowledgeable staff and worth the visit. Close to Martin Stadium.

Nice location, but has a nice selection of merchandise, but didn't have what I was looking for. Something with a WOW factor.
Maybe with NIL, we might get some new items.

They also closed before the was over in the stadium next door.
