Barbara was incredible to work with! She knew exactly what type of suggestions to offer — my partner and I went in for a fitting and he was between a slim and classic pair. She suggested classic because it would be more comfortable and classy. She was right! We had a great time.

2:00, Sunday I found no one at the desk. They are located in Nordstrom, but a separate entity. I waited 60 minutes until someone showed up.
Nordy employees could not help and had no idea where the staff went. If you leave, it is proffessional to post a sign of your expected return. Although apologetic, they said Nordstrom limits what signs can be posted. So, don't leave for an hour without telling a nearby employee, perhaps.

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful, provided guidance and lots of options, did not push me to spend more. They seemed most interested in making sure I got the right pieces for my own style and fit.
Some of the try-on articles were damaged and were not in the same color I will be renting, so I got a sufficient approximation of what the final product will be like, rather than an exact match.
All-in-all a great experience so far, looking forward to receiving the suit and wearing it on the day of the event!

Angel was so incredibly helpful, informative and patient! She articulated a lot of information on gentleman's clothing very well to a novice. She also made wonderful style suggestions while incorporating my own sense of style. Great experience!

This company is a joke. They lease space in Nordstroms to look legit. They have horrible customer service. They are not open at posted hours. 51 minutes on the phone was a total waste. Drove 5 hrs round trip to store. They said we can have someone there in 7 hrs to measure you. Don't let The Black Tux incompetence ruin your special day. Great concept, poorly executed. 0 out of 10
