Make sure you go early when it’s the start of a new semester because the lines can get pretty long when everyone is trying to get books. They have a lot of books and it can take a little bit to find them all so be ready to spend a bit longer than expected other then that it’s a great service offered by UW-Platteville.

Uwplatt is fantastic because you don't have to pay for textbooks. You pay a flat fee for the semester, and rent the books from the University (similar to high school). The fee is only a small fraction of the cost that the books would be ok their own.

Honestly, if you're an undergraduate student at UWP, you should be jumping for joy that you get to rent textbooks!....I've now entered a master's program and I have to buy books...NOT FUN! Enjoy the rentals while it last!

I would give it 5 stars but it is still part of college so it only gets 4. However the staff there is great. It can be 100 degrees and 100% humidity and they will help you with a smile and keep all their thoughts to themselves
