Where do I start? This is by far the best Ace Hardware store west of the Mississippi. They have everything you could ever need for that project you're trying to DIY. Whether it's plumbing or you're looking for the new Milwaukee Packout system, they have it. Or what about the new STIL electric lawn mower?! Yup, they have it.

This is one of my favorite places to shop as a local, not always because of the price, with that pretense it is with a heavy heart that I post this. Recently I saw they had a sale for labor day, so we purchased a family table saw. It was brought to my attention that a mistake was made when purchasing it. So we went to rectify however the sale price was $549 and it was sold to us at $580 before tax. We were told we owed money on it or needed to return it. So with all that happened returning it seemed to be the least dramatic thing to do since we didn't even get the sale price. I wanted to try and make sure that the standard of alienating customers isn't continued because now I dont feel welcome in a store I once felt at home in.

Mike made the process simple and rewarding. I had to walk through a decent amount of furniture store to get to the service counter for permits, keys, etc. but I'll gladly come back here for tools and gear before other stores!

Very clean and well organized store. Customer service is the best! An employee asked me if I needed help finding my items. When I said yes, he didn't run the other way ! He showed me several options, carried them to the cashier and loaded them into my car. Prices reflect the area.
