They do a very bad job unloading goods. The staff is polite and friendly, that's the only plus. I arrived at 7.30am, my appointment was for 8.00am. I was late for the next load because of their slow work. Never come here.

If you have read the previous reviews, they are right about the waiting time, came in at 7:30am for an appointment at 8:00am, check in at the guard house and they tell you in what spot to drop your trailer, after this go to the office to get them your paper work, I asked how long it will take to unload my trailer, the guy told me: hopefully from 3 to 5 hours, at the end I left the place at 4:30pm. Resuming I spent 8 hours there with no more than 12 pallets on my trailer, so if you’re an owner operator don’t come here, if not, be prepared to be here the whole day. I gave them 2 starts cause people working at the office and at the guard check are very polite and helpful, but this place needs to improve the way and the time that they take to load and unload truck.

This place is nightmare, plan waste your time at least 8-9 hours and maybe more, have an appointment at 9:30, I dropped my trailer for live unloading at 9:00. Guess what 2:50 pm still waiting for their call to get my empty trailer.

BTW, funny thing is that they have bobtail parking onsite facility but all the time busy with their trucks and cars and they’re gonna show their attitude if you parked in different spot. Holy crap!!!

P.S. drivers avoid this place, or just take a look for reviews before booking a load to here.

TARGET DISTRIBUTION SHOULD BE ASHAMED!!!!
Arrived on time for my appointment.
Performed all their procedures, where to park, how to park, where to take in paperwork, leave the yard and park outside.
15 hours later and I'm still here waiting for them to unload my trailer!!!!!
The first 6 hours I called to find out how much longer and was told there wasn't much left, but because of the load size it would take 10 hours😲. Okay still enough time to take a break and get to my next pick up. After my 10, still nothing at 4am. I check with security and my trailer is still in the door and nobody comes back to work the dock until 6am🤬

Update: Security allowed me to go in and ask the office how much longer unloading would take. I was told, they were unsure what happened last night, no one is there from midnight to 6am but they would get someone right on it and my trailer is half empty. Standard BS excuse.
There were 40 pieces on my trailer that couldn't be unloaded in 10 hours, really?
Who can I report this to
This shouldn't be allowed to happen.
If I did this on my job, I would be fired!

Staff is friendly and honest about the long waits but over 6 hours for 4 pallets is outrageous.

Checked in at 6pm for a live unload delivery and didn’t get the call that I was empty until just after midnight.

The delivery experience at this Target distribution center has been consistently frustrating. The wait times are ridiculously long, often taking several hours to unload the truck. It’s clear that efficiency is not a priority here, as the process is disorganized and communication with drivers is almost nonexistent.

As a truck driver, time is money, and this location has cost me both. I’ve had much smoother experiences at other distribution centers, and it’s disappointing that a company like Target would allow this level of inefficiency. I strongly suggest other drivers be prepared for long delays or avoid this location if possible.

It is crazy, I drop my trailer at the number 126 which they told me, then after 5 hours didn’t get a call from them. So I go inside and talk to someone in the office and they told me it tools another 10 hours.
Please don’t come here, most crazy people with non sense working here.
They keep your trailer for 24 hours.
You won’t make money instead you loose money.

It feels like a prison here, and you can't walk around. If you have a question or need to ask something, you can only approach the guard shack with your truck or trailer. If your name isn’t a traditional American first name, they’ll judge you and start laughing at it. I overheard the guard at the shack warning a lady, saying, "I’ll give you his name, but don’t start laughing." The wait to get loaded can take anywhere from 3 to 10 hours.
