Came here to celebrate a 60th birthday for a great friend. We decided to stay on the resort grounds for dinner and take advantage of the facilities.

We started in the bar and ordered a bottle of Grgich Chardonnay only to find out the didn’t have any. Bummer. Ordered a glass of Chardonnay instead.

Dan, the manager, gave us great suggestions. We started with the whipped ricotta and focaccia bread. Omg it was to die for!! We had to order extra bread because it was so good!

Dinner is meant to be shared as family style. With 4 girls we ordered 2 dinners and a side. The sea bass was my favorite. The steak was really tough and not that great for $68. The carrots were divine! We should have gotten another order of them.

Dessert was the apple galette with ice cream. Super yummy!

A bit pricy but really good. I’d go back but not order the steak.

Just spent 3 days and 2 nights at the Murrieta Hot Springs and I ate at the Talia Restaurant.... The food is exceptionally good!! The atmosphere is well befittin... Really classy.

The best part about the whole place is the friendliness of the staff!! They are professional yet engaging.
I had the pleasure to have Alex for both nights, she went above and beyond expectations. She was always with a smile, new the menu well and gave good recommendations!!
Then there was Joey, very attentive and full of good humor. Always smiling.

Dan the manager always makes sure everyone is having a great time.
I highly recommend this place!! Aces all the way

Excellent food, service, and vibe!

Service: We had Alex as our server for both nights we dined at Talia, and she was wonderful! She knew the menu inside out, and was a joy to have at our table. Joey was another one of the exceptional wait staff who really made our night special.

Food: Every dish we had was incredible! The highlights were the hummus and fry bread, Moroccan half chicken, and the apple galette.

I would recommend this restaurant to anyone seeking excellent food and dining experience

The atmosphere is very warm and inviting. Food and cocktails were good. They gave us complimentary champagne for our anniversary. The man who seated us was very charming and attentive. Only improvement would be that when I asked for something spicy for my chicken one of the staff told me to taste it first and then she would check if I still wanted something more. Strange thing to say. Overall a good experience.

My dining experience at Talia was one of the most absolutely exquisite dining experiences I have had in a really long time. I’m not one to leave a review but felt the urge to support them after such a beautifully pleasant, delicious, and positive time I had. The food is one of a kind, making simple dishes taste so unique and flavorful. You can tell that the ingredients are farm to table. Everything we ordered was melt in your mouth, just fabulous. Our server EJ was such a sweetheart and so accommodating to my grandmother and all of us. And the manager was an absolute delight to talk to and went out of his way to make our experience one for the books. I’d go to say it is the best restaurant in Southern California. Thank you Talia Kitchen for such a beautiful evening?

Talia Kitchen is a new restaurant inside the Murrieta Hot Springs Resort. Went for Dinner on a weekday night and was thoroughly impressed! My girlfriend and I didn’t know where to start as there were so many options. The manager, Dan, was very welcoming and knowledgeable. He explained the dining experience to us and made some great suggestions. The dishes are intended to be ordered in a family style fashion, as opposed to individually. We had the salmon, shrimp, chicken, and hummus. All of the dishes were exceptional and paired perfectly with one another. We will definitely be back for both the food and service!

My husband and I celebrated our anniversary here this weekend and went to Talia's Friday AND Saturday night for dinner because it was simply Amazing! He got the Steak both nights and I tried the chicken and duck dishes paired with the mashed potatoes, carrots and cabbage. Every dish we ate was absolute perfection. The manager and all the staff were very friendly and knowledgeable of the menu and made great suggestions for drink pairings. We highly recommend this place and will definitely be back for another date night!

Talia Kitchen was an amazing experience, from the food, cocktails, and especially the service. Our server was very attentive, and went over the food and cocktail menu with us to help choose the perfect paring of dishes. This was by far one of the best dining experiences I've had, and I will most definitely be returning for future visits.
