I went to with my fiancé to get his cut, we only went bc Randy is the best in Huntsville. We had a horrible experience the owner continually harped on me for bringing my service dog,(a 2 pound yorkie)even though I offered to show certification for him. The vibes were just bad, just a lot of tension in the air. Without Randy there now I would never go back or advise any of my friends or family to go.

Very pleasant experience. Miss Whitney greeted me as I entered even tho she was working with her present client. She didn’t ignore her work in order to do so. I had the same level of attention when it was my turn in the chair.
