One of our travel nurses stayed here & had no issues the weeks she was there with other staff. Some front desk guy who wears a mask was RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL, then the old white housekeeper opened her door and left it opened not knowing she was on camera. All because our traveler kept extending but didn’t show ID after week 2 because the TONE of the guy was RUDE. You don’t speak nasty then expect someone to stay. TONE IS EVERYTHING, FUTURE TRAVELERS don’t stay here. We do not tolorate sending our nurses out to help these towns & get racially treated bad or humanly treated bad. Thankfully she kept her cool recorded everything and our company will forever take care of our own. They were scared to call the police after threatening to which definitely would have proved her cases. We’re making it aware to other companies & this is added on the DO NOT STAY list for this town. Small towns tend to have a small mind mentality. End of the day we’re human beings respectfully. Special thanks to the older front desk lady who
Helped her one night and the one who checked her in they have been respectful, kind and great customer service yet the mask jerk said he been there the longest yet lacks common courtesy. Definitely reporting this place in all travel groups and they refused to give her the owners names.

A fellow travel nurse stayed. It seems ok at first bring she wanted to stay cheap but I guess you get what you pay for. Nevertheless certain staff was friendly & Then the guy on camera who works front desk with a mask needs to learn customer service. We take it they are not use to seeing blacks in this town often. His tone was disrespectful & unprofessional in the business of customer service. Refused to give the boss contact info, refused to let her extend her room unless she had her physical ID mind you she been there going on 3 weeks. Everyone else has no issues not even other hotels but this guy speaks in a demanding aggressive tone. Had his approach been better her response would be better. It’s 2025 we have to stop talking aggressive to others as if we’re not from different walks of life. She begged them to call the police they didn’t. Housekeeper an old white lady who worked there for years opened her door and said you need to leave. What her dumb self didn’t know is she was recorded even putting a trash can in front of the door. The other housekeeper who had the 3rd floor was pleasant. You can tell nobody will become nothing greater than where they are. Racial slurs are inappropriate but Thank Goodness for cameras these days. IF THE BOSS SEE THIS PLEASE REACH OUT TO HER OR THE TRAVEL COMPANY. Also DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO STAY FOR LONG PERIODS OF TIME. Video was all the proof needed

The staff was nice and room was comfortable. It was quite and very clean, smelled good in the room. Coffee and breakfast was good. The air conditioner and heater worked well and the TV was good to watch, my son and I watched Jumanji. Great movie.

Seemed like it would be perfect. I had neck surgery and was staying there to recover. Less than 24 hours later my self and my boyfriend were sleeping and we get a knock on the door. This woman busts into our room and starts looking for what she says is evidence of smoking. Mind you, we were sleeping. People smoking right outside the door, but somehow we were the ones smoking. They kicked us out on the street and refused to refund the money that was paid for my recovery. Fair chance I'll have to have my neck operated on again due to this. Do not waste your money on these thrives

This place was horrible. Booked a week stay with 2 queen beds. Website says they accept service animals, my dog is a registered emotional support animal with ID and all, we were checked in to our room, the supposed "queen size" beds were not queen size. Then they locked us out of our room so they could talk to us, were told "they don't accept emotional support animals and showed us a policy where it was handwritten in that they don't accept them. My dogs ID says that no one can refuse her entry, I can take her anywhere with me and have never had an issue. So then they tell us they'll let us stay the week we already paid for because we'd already been checked in but they'd have to move us rooms. Why? A service animal could have been in the original room..so they move us, 2 adults and 2 children into a much smaller room with twin beds. No discount for the hassle or change of my reservation. Housekeeping didn't check if we needed anything for our week stay so the trash was full and we asked the front desk for a trash bag and were told he didn't have access to them and apparently couldn't even bother to send housekeeping with one. We were there Christmas morning and had our kids opening Christmas gifts(all under 18), who by the way "stay free" and they claimed we had an extra adult in our room and kept our $100 deposit. The room had no coffee pot, the shower head was entirely too low, and trying to come out of the wall if you tried adjusting it, you had to bend down just to get under it, the wall in the shower was cracked and falling apart, the ceiling above the shower had a big sag that looked like it was trying to cave in. Will NEVER stay here again. Breakfast was awful, juice, yogurt, and hard granola bars. Paint on the carpet in the hallways, unfinished walls and flooring all over the place. This place is a joke.

I had a horrible exspierance, as I was trying to check out I then was accused of taking a wash rag. The male working at the front desk was very rude. He wouldn’t give me a chance to go find the wash rag that I knew was there. He didn’t want to give me my deposit back. I then had to call the police. He ended up giving me my deposit back after taking out a fee for the wash cloth that I never took. I exspieranced horrible customer service and really rude treatment. He was determined to accuse me of stealing the wash rag that I folded and left on the sink after use. I just hope that in the future that they treat their customers better to where they actually want to come back.

Rooms are clean, quiet, and well maintained. Staff is kind and professional. Location is roughly 3 miles from the convention center where we were participating in a holistic fair. The only thing we did not like is the surprise $100 CASH deposit on the room solely because we have license plates from southern Colorado. We were informed that this is a general practice for nearly all hotels in Pueblo. This is corporate discrimination against a geographical are of Colorado residents. We will not return to Pueblo for anything other than this fair due to this discriminatory deposit requirement.
