The room was not spacious but was adequate (just) for my gear. Parking was very convenient, right in front of my door. The room was pretty comfortable with adequate lighting. There is adequate desk space but not much counter space anywhere in the room. The bathroom counter space is minimal but at least there is some. There was really just enough space for my stuff. There wouldn't have been enough space for a second person's luggage. Shower works okay; bathroom fan is extremely noisy. Thankfully the room was quiet even though the walls don't seem very thick.

Our 2 queen room was clean, nicely decorated and very nice with everything we needed for our stay, but it was really, really small. We were constantly bumping into each other and our suitcases. The bathroom is really small and will not fit two people. | The A/C worked great and the bed was comfortable. There is not much brightness to the room lighting and the hallway is really dark. The property had plenty of well lit parking and shares a lot with Arby's, if you need a quick bite to eat. ||Check-in and out was smooth. The young lady was very nice, the gentlemen a little less pleasant. I am not going to call what they had in the morning breakfast. There was no eggs, bacon or sausage, just waffles, toast and some packaged cold foods. It was the bare minimum.||I did not experience any issues during my stay, so I would stay again if in the area, but I honestly didn't think there was enough value for the price we paid.

This hotel offers a great value price for a very clean and nicely updated room, comfortable beds, and a decent breakfast that included coffee, waffles and boiled eggs, amongst other simple breakfast items. We especially appreciated that they are pet friendly, with a very reasonable charge. This is the best value hotel in Montrose if you are traveling with pets!

The front desk was not staffed, how ever there is a phone for you to use. Whomever answers the phone was not pleasant. Getting past that the room looks to have been updated recently. The house keeping staff takes pride in their job and it is obvious. This is absolutely the cleanest "budget" hotel I've been in.

There are few reasonably priced hotels in Montrose. We chose this hotel based on price, generally favorable reviews and the pictures shown on TripAdvisor. The pictures do not represent the property. Our room was very dated and dark. The carpet and furniture has to be 25 years old. The hallways are dark. On the positives, the room was generally clean and the king bed was comfortable. The check in process was smooth and the man at the desk was friendly. There is no elevator so if you are on the second floor, you are carrying your bags up the stairs. We would not choose this hotel again and cannot recommend it.

Very clean, friendly front desk staff, good location and safe feeling around the parking lot. We got lucky since the towels were new and the shower curtain was also new. Very good experience at this hotel. The mini fridge worked and was very useful.

Very reasonable price, knowledgeable staff. Breakfast was great! Tbh I wasn't expecting a whole lot at 70 bucks a night. We will definitely stay here again.

Would give 10 stars if I could! The staff was super kind and helpful. I had booked through Priceline, which didn’t relay that I had a pet (no fault of the hotel’s). The staff took the time to fix the issue; they were super kind and understanding. The room I got was big, very clean, and had a mini fridge and a microwave. I didn’t catch breakfast, so I don’t know what food they offer, but I do know there are at least 3 grocery stores less than 10 minutes from the hotel. I opted for City Market, which was one of the largest City Markets I’ve been to, and got food there. The bed was soft and comfy. The AC worked great. The shower was great, had good pressure, and was able to get and stay hot. Overall, very impressed with the hotel and staff. I would definitely stay here again.
