Was nervous with super 8 as I have had horrible experiences before but dawn does a fantastic job keeping who don't need to be there away! She definitely needs a pay raise with bonus on top! Rooms are quiet despite being next to a loud area, you can't hear anything from outside. Breakfast is eggs, biscuits, and sausage and of course waffles, cereal and fruit. Can't wait for my next time in

It would be nice if the room smelled like the front office. But the room was spacious and all the amenities needed was there. However, the housekeeping made the bed with the remote in the bed. I called front desk to find the remote to TV and that's where it was. And they don't sweep. I stripped the bed so no one else sleep on the same linen.

We rented a room for the night so my nephew could swim and we could relax a bit. Rooms were clean, pool was nice and the breakfast was pretty good too. In the morning after checkout I lost my phone. The staff went above and beyond and called to let us know they found it! We took them flowers ? and we will most definitely be back! Superb service. I highly recommend.

Dawn Is The Absolute Best 10/10 I absolutely love her ! The best customer service , the rooms are clean and the staff here are very accommodating. I stay here every time I’m in the area. On top of that the prices are completely reasonable. Highly recommend !

This should be a 4-5-star review as we were pleased with everything, especially the beautiful pool area. Beds and room were fine; breakfast had eggs and sausage. All was good EXCEPT that perfume smell that pervades absolutely everywhere except the pool area. We tried to locate the source of the smell in our room but couldn't find it so assume it's some kind of cleaning fluid they use in the rooms. Cut it out! It ruined an otherwise fine stay.

As other reviews have mentioned, there is a strong perfume/air freshener smell everywhere. We could smell it in the lobby, hallways, and especially in our room. We opened a window and tried to run the bathroom vent but it was broken. They claimed the rooms were all full so we couldn’t swap rooms. The smell was overwhelming. It would be a decent place to stay if it wasn’t for the odor.

I enjoyed my four day stay at this location. The young lady at the counter (Shise) offers excellent customer service. Her English isn't 100% but she goes above and beyond to accommodate. thumbs up to her! second shift I give three stars .not the best service but not the worst I've experienced. Rooms are clean and well maintained. Breakfast is sausage patties,pre cooked eggs ,biscuits,cereal,waffles......etc .Same everyday. Chuck the (I believe) manager and owner is pleasant and helpful.The overnight worker Kenneth I've heard has had bad reviews however I had a great experience with him .He is very observant and pay close attention to everything that goes on around the facility which gives me a piece of mind while being in an unfamiliar environment. thumbs up to him as well! Overall I recommend this location over the many others in the area.
