Asked to not add salt. Order came as “no sauce” (was in its own container on the side), but the asparagus was over salted. Sea bass had soft texture (expected firm), and little taste.

The others at the table thoroughly enjoyed their dishes. Steak and a vegan soup. Both amazing.

The 20 year old Port was the best I’ve ever had.

I do highly recommend the restaurant.

Visited on a Tuesday night. Very busy at 7:30.

This restaurant was so good!!! We celebrated my friend’s birthday here based on the good reviews and menu. Definitely did not disappoint. The food was absolutely delicious.
I got the bistro steak, perfectly cooked and very tender. Desserts (which are all made in house) were unreal - especially the apple tarte. Service was top notch - our drinks were never empty, plates always cleared, wait staff were checking in on us at the right moments. Will definitely visit again, what a well run restaurant!

Wow!! This was our first time here and the food was absolutely delicious. There were so many different flavors! Everything was plated so artistically and professionally. Service was wonderful. This will be our first pick for date night moving forward!

A splendid meal! Staff was warm and attentive, food was great. Only qualm is a bit heavy handed on the salt. I hope this place has great success!

UPDATE: 4 hours later and I’ve grown violently ill. Sharp stomach pains and my dinner has already been evacuated. Don’t try the quail. And perhaps consider another restaurant all together.

Just had an amazing dinner here. One of the best I’ve had in a long time. The unique take on the dishes are absolutely worth trying, and it’s clear they care. I’m really looking forward to trying the menu in the summer to see what they come up with next. It’s tucked away a bit in walking distance from Main St, so looking forward to exploring more of the area when we return. Was easily worth the hour plus drive to try the Quail along with the calamari and carrots. They also sell their bread which is incredible.

Exceptional dinner! Wonderful hospitality. Top notch! Starters were excellent as were the sea bass entrees. Loved the dessert too! Highly recommend.

Great food, amazing service. Was greeted with two glasses of champagne for a special date. Food was phenomenon. Tried the truffle cake with our waitress's (Jessica, who was awesome!) recommendation and it was incredible. Cozy atmosphere and prices are very reasonable for quality of food. So happy to have a place like this in Longmont.

My husband is an extraordinary cook, but we ate out at this restaurant and it was beyond phenomenal! He was so incredibly pleased with all the flavors of each item. Highly recommend! David and the staff were awesome!!! We only got pics of dessert but all is homemade! Sourdough bread was to die for! Already made a reservation for Christmas Eve !
