Extremely pleasant experience renting units from Todd. He is very kind, attentive, and knowledgeable. He went above and beyond with extraordinary customer service. I would highly recommend renting here as there units are locked and have multiple security systems (locked gate, locked units, unit alarms, etc).

I can not give enough praise to Todd at the Boise Stor N Lock on Federal Way. We had several units there as we moved our house hold goods into and out of "his" facility between July 2024 and Jan 2025. I say "his" because he manages the facility as if he owned it and was responsible for everyone's items stored there. He provided the best customer service I have ever seen (from any business) over those several months. He provided us water when we were moving in the heat and cold, he helped us with several items we needed when we had forgotten a tool, or flashlight or something we needed. He also provided us the names of several companies who could help us as we chose movers to help us load trucks etc. He also just plain checked up on us and provided great advice as we struggled through our move. The facility is awesome and Todd is a great human.

The facility manager, Todd, manages and maintains this location of STOR-N-LOCK Self Storage very professionally. I see him weeding and cleaning the facility almost every time when I stop by the storage. He is friendly, helpful, and communicative. We plan to rent our unit here for a long time.
