Nothing but good things to say about Stones in Pocatello. From sales to F&I the buying process was pleasant. Never felt hassled or taken advantage of. Avery is awesome he really seemed to care about our needs as a family, and he put up with our autistic son being himself, and by the end they were business buddies 🤣. Finance which is usually the worst part was easy, and they didn't try to force a while bunch of fluff onto us very transparent with all my questions. A+ service keep it up everyone this is how car buying should be.

John and Rick of the Management team were outstanding! i was never pressured or hurried in this sale process. very fair price for my new Hyundai Tuscon Hybrid!! Excellent experience getting a new Hyundai. Our salesman was Andrew who did a great job getting us taken care of and keeping us informed of the vehicle status. He also did great to follow-up with us after the purchase to ensure everything was great with our vehicle or if we needed anything else. We did have a situation where the vehicle we ordered was supposed to have a tow hitch included from the manufacturer. When the vehicle arrived that wasn't included. Stone's Hyundai did the right thing and had the manufacturer hitch installed which would keep everything under warranty still and they waved the labor with that so it was all taken care of correctly how it should have been. They were all great to work with and I'd highly recommend them to anyone for sure!

Seriously, absolutely the best experience I’ve had in buying a car! Our salesman Vince Sterling was super knowledgeable, no pressure and always available. Brian, the sales manager was also amazing! We felt like we got an honest deal and were not taken advantage of. I was shopping for a car for over 6 months with several dealerships and even different make of cars, but I couldn’t find a better deal and better people than at Stones Hyundai in Pocatello! I buy cars a lot and have never felt like the dealership lost money on me until now 😂. I honestly feel like I got the better deal, and I’m 100% happy with this transaction and the people at Stones Hyundai.
