Great customer service. Helpful and professional. I went to Staples to get more ink after using up my ink making a project - without results. After a quick stop by the printing services, Dakota helped me print beautiful products. It was similar to what I would have spent in ink/paper and without the waste, stress and challenges. After spending several hours, and not being satisfied with my products, the printing services completed project in a fraction of the time with beautiful results. Thank you Dakota!
Went back for more printing needs this week and delighted with the customer service and printing services AGAIN.

I have used Staples print services for years, and I have always been impressed with the quality and timeliness of the service. Recently for the first time there was an error with my order: I had ordered tri-folding in preparation for a mailing, but the copies were not folded. Because I couldn't wait, I said I would come back the next day. Somehow, it was overlooked, and when I came to pick up the order, the copies were still not folded. I expressed dismay and asked if there could be a credit since I didn't get a service I paid for. I thought at this point I'd just get refunded the folding service cost and take them home and fold them myself, but the manager issued a 100% refund. As these were color copies, double-sized, this was pretty significant. I truly appreciated him going the extra mile to make things right. He had to make a couple of phone calls to get everything in order, but in the end I was refunded the entire amount. Of all the orders I have placed, this was the first time there was an error, and I feel it was handled professionally and courteously. I am a happy customer!

I have used Staples print shop on Jackson Creek Pky. on a regular basis. The staff is always courteous and helpful each time I've been in. The prints are on heavier paper than I have at home and the color comes out bright and professional. Just love it!
