I loathe coming into this store. The manager is awful. Waiting 25+ minutes to literally just return a router that's already been replaced is ridiculous. He literally sat and talked to a customer about random stuff who was waiting in line with 8 other people waiting in line. I didn't even need to swap equipment out. Just turning my old equipment in. A manager who just sits and watches his miserable employees drown in a line of people he could absolutely help, but chooses not to sucks. Find a new manager. I've worked in a place like this and there are ways to make sure your customers aren't waiting extensive times for basic things like turning in a router. Do better.

Poor customer service!! They literally lie and blame the consumer. Our service was constantly interrupted only to find out it was their problem at the street. They refuse to work with the customer. They have the monopoly on cable in my area so they can treat their customers rudely and literally do. I’ll be looking for new service for my cable. HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMENDED USING SPECTRUM. Never been so rudely in my life!!

Ridiculously long wait times, not enough staff and some staff just waking around doing nothing while 10+ customers are waiting. No expediency in any of the staff and take 15 minutes doing nothing in between customers. Absolutely abhorrent experience. Do everything you can online so you don't get stuck in this hell hole dmv experience.

Just went to drop a modem off. An hour later we were still in the queue, we finally figured out the queue did not include anybody who had an appointment, so we never really changed position. Someone could have mentioned that the walk in list was not relevant and you might be 2 hours but 2nd in the queue. By the time we add in the hour to took to cancel in the first place, poor service overall. Just Found out you can drop at a UPS office. I did notice a customer signing on and updating was on and out (walkin) it half the time we sat there. Hmmm.

Figuring out the system in place took some of my time, but won't in the future. Make an appointment!
Michelle gave me all the help i needed to make informed decisions. She was wonderful. And I don't believe she is an outlier there. Not bad at all Spectrum!

Everytime I have to physically enter the store, I have a horrible experience. I entered at 12 when they opened, signed in as a walk in. I understand appointments exist, but somehow my walk in didn't show up, possibly my bad, so my wife signed in. I KNOW her name was on the board, somehow an hour later, her name was magically gone. I'm not sure if they were manually clearing names but it seems like common customer service to maybe serve people that have been in you store longer than anyone else. I've heard them claim that they have to follow the list, which I've seen first hand to not be the case. So, I guess they're willing slaves to the system?
