Snooper's Barn Used Book Store

Cool old bookstore in downtown Ft Smith! We found it on Google and stopped by 15 min before close so we didn't have too much time to look but we will be back! A massive selection of vintage and current books in just about every genre. You have to be willing to browse and wander b/c there is a lot in a very large space. There is even a room full of National Geographic magazines dating back to the 1920s. The lady at the register, the owner I assume, was kind and helpful. They take cash or check only. Prices were pretty good. Most paperbacks I saw were 50 cents to $1. A must stop for book and antique lovers!

The books store is way bigger I thought. They have a Huge selection of older and a few newer books. I will definitely be going back there when I have more time.

A ton of cheap books! Several bargain bins and shelves to look through. Found a couple of great deals when I visited. Located in an old musty building with many shelf-filler books that are long past their usable life. The lady running store was super helpful and nice!

I have loved this store for 20 years. The owner is friendly and helpful. I always find something here to enjoy. Unfortunately it could use some parking. It's that little hole in the wall bookstore you've always dreamed of.

This is an amazing store. If you're in the mood to browse used books give them a try.
