Everyone always seems so uptight and grumpy. I'm not perfect but even though I hate leaving my house, I do my best to smile and be polite. Not run people over while picking a customer's order. Or hitting someone with my car in the crosswalk. Or treating people like they're stupid when they ask for help. If your not careful, Walmart will be all that's left while your business could blossom with great customer service, lower prices, wider isles then Walmart, lower prices are key. We're dying to survive out here while I'm sure you have enough money to pay your bills.

I love the grocery pick up from Smith's! They always do a good job of picking awesome substitutions and even the fruit/veggies they pick with care! All of the people that work in the department are absolutely wonderful and I cannot stress how this service has made a great difference in my life before I have a little kids and going to the grocery store with them is very very hard. I've even realized that I didn't add something to my Clicklist on the app and so I called and they are very accommodating--- thank you pickup department at smiths!!

Groceries are a tad on the expensive side sometimes, but besides that, they are pretty good. It's cheaper than stokes but more expensive than Walmart.

Deals are average, bought some chicken breasts, buy 1 get 1 free, 1 pack was $11, which is $4 more than Walmart. They do have some worthy deals here and there, but none that make me want to go

Doughnuts and bakery items are pretty good, 7/10 for my rating, the devil dog cake slice was pretty good also!

Tldr: It's an average grocery store in the mid/low pricing range. Not bad

The Smith store is very well managed and it’s a good store. They have lots of good clearance deals from time to time and their produce is great. Definitely one of my favorite places to shop in the mini cassia area.

I have mixed feelings on Smith's. We don't have many options here for shopping and I feel like Smith's uses that to their advantage by hiking up prices and apathetic customer service people. Once in a great while, they will offer a good digital coupon or two. That is the only plus that I see. I was there recently, and needed assistance at the meat counter. One worker saw me as he walked to the room in back and just kept going. After a minute, I went back and asked if I could get help. There were two workers back there, and one grudgingly came out to behind the counter. I asked for a pound of salmon. She immediately comes out from behind the counter, goes to the cooler in the store aisle and tries to sell me a tired looking prepackaged piece of salmon. I just walked away. I am done with this store. Guess I'll be going to TF more often!

I'm just talking about the carts and baskets on this review. Burley smiths gets an F on oitdoor cart retrieval and keeping the hand baskets full.
