Our family traveled to Pagosa Springs for skiing at Wolf Creek. We stopped in the store for information regarding renting equipment for our snowboarding excursion. All I can say is WOW!!. The shop was amazing and the entire staff were phenomenal. This was our first time in the store and the entire staff made us feel like family. We all felt like we belonged there and was treated with the upmost respect. While we were getting fitted with our boots and snowboards, the entire staff in the back were very knowledgeable and friendly. They explained everything in great detail and made sure the equipment they were providing would meet our needs. Thank you to everyone in the store that assisted us. We will definitely utilize your shop on future visits.

If I could leave this place 10 stars, I would. The owner of this place is so accommodating and helpful. We rented for 2 days and ran into an issue. Robert and Sydney helped us fix the issue. These people are SO nice, the place is very clean, and they are patient with you when it comes to finding the gear that fits you best. I’d recommend renting here and/or buying any sort of hunting/snow gear you need. We cannot wait to ski! Thank y’all Ski & Bow Rack!

Robert is the best boot fitter around and made a bad situation into an amazing one!!! Sometime mistakes happen by staff but he went out of his way and made it right and the boot fit and skis were the best I have ever had!!

I am thoroughly impressed by the care I received from the team at Ski & Bow. Catherine was very helpful and personable with us. She really helped us to feel welcome. Robert’s expertise and friendliness made getting in and getting what we needed a breeze. He really went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable with our gear and understood everything. We have been coming to Pagosa Springs and skiing at Wolf Creek for the last ten years, and we started out renting on the mountain. Once we started renting our equipment here, we have never looked back!!! The staff is wonderful, gives great recommendations and the quality and selection of equipment is fantastic. Even if you don’t need to rent, pop in for a little shopping. They have a great selection of clothes, shoes and accessories. Highly recommend!

My son and I travelled to Pagosa Springs specifically to chase trout. I looked at a different outfitters to guide the trip to ensure we had success. I finally settled on Ski & Bow Rack after speak to a friend who had great success with them in the 3rd week of July. Well, let me say, I never imagined the trip could be as good as it was. First, the time in the shop getting licenses and gear was efficient and the folks were great. The owner was working the desk and could not have been a nicer guy. Second, our guide, Bo DePena, was absolutely perfect for us. He asked what we were looking to do and if we were willing to drive a short distance and hike to the stream. This is exactly what we wanted. Bo took us to a stream that seemed to have fish in every pocket. He said it didn’t get fished much and was beautiful. He was right! The hike was not too difficult and led to an absolutely gorgeous place teeming with Brook Trout. We caught at least 60! That is an insane number for the time we spent. Bo also cooked us a delicious lunch and simply provided the best day of fishing we have ever had. My son is a college tournament bass fisherman and has done quite well at it, so saying this was the best day ever is no small compliment. To top it off, Bo is a Texas born and bred (Laredo) singer-songwriter who truly has Texas music in his soul. We certainly found a connection through the music and the fishing. If you have a chance, get to Pagosa Springs, connect with the Ski & Bow Rack and request to fish with Bo. You will not regret it…not one bit.

Best ski rental experience here, quick and efficient while being kind and courteous to ensure your gear has the best fit, rentals are in great shape and all of the staff is super knowledgeable about the conditions and area. We’ve rented on mountain and at other places in town and this is by far the best!
