Our condo was spacious. The location was right in front which was fine, but the music playing from 8:30am - 8:30pm was a bit annoying whenever we were at the condo. It’s summer in the mountains - you want the windows open. There was also a screen missing from our master bedroom window which maintenance never fixed. 1 of the elevators was broken the entire week we were there.

The check-in process tinted our stay in a bad light. I’m not alone on this, so many people have shared the same sentiment. Please clarify where the keys are located since there are around 200 lockboxes to look through. It was difficult to locate support because every link i received from vacasa appeared as invalid, including the instructions video.

We booked this room for one night. We were excited to stay so close to the mountain and planned to spend the day at Keystone. Check in is at 4PM and Check Out is at 10AM the following day. We arrived at 8AM and they told us they would call us for check in if they could get us in early.

At 230 I called and the room wasn't ready. At 4PM I called back and the room still wasn't ready and the person "helping" me was annoyed. I got no apology, no way of making up for anything--all I got was a demeaning "the room is not clean you will need to wait".

I finally got a call around 6PM saying my room was ready.

Since I literally had the room for one night, arrived extremely early, and followed up throughout the day, I think it's a little ridiculous the room was not ready on time. When the room was not ready after 4, I was put on the phone with customer service who clearly didn't care about the issue and is frustrated that we were calling again despite being past check-in time. At the very least I'd expect an apology--we paid for 4-10 and did not get that.

Would recommend staying elsewhere.

Can't beat the location. Condos are a bit beat up, but perfectly fine for a ski vacation. Keystone (the mountain) has a great vibe for those not into the Vail scene with its snooty nouveau riche.

One of the most affordable and convenient places to stay in Keystone. Heated garage, 3 hot tubs, pool table and a short walk to the slopes, dining, Warren Station and so many summer festivities. Also near to all the summer recreational trails.
