Hello, they have a great product, Employees or at least some of them one specific guy with long blonde hair was extremely rude inconsiderate and his Customer Service skills should go back to training. Very disappointed I’ve also heard other people complain about a certain person and the girl that was helping me was extremely nice but I don’t need someone else that works there mocking me and making rude comments while I’m shopping just to get attention. Like I said good products, not always good employees or customer service.

We came here for edibles. The girl was stuck up as hell. My boyfriend started asking what the best recommendation she had was. She cut him off before he finished his question and said “there really isn’t the best they’re all standardized you get 10 mg per edible, 100mg per pack”. We both have med cards and are used to buying in greater quantities (1000-3000mg). We probably won’t be coming back because she was pretty rude throughout the transaction. Even slammed the change in my boyfriends hand then told us to move the stand blocking the door to leave. We visit a couple times a month for the weekend as we live a couple hours south. Def get your bud before coming into Fraser. We get way better deals at home and def don’t wanna deal with snarky budtenders .

The issue wasn’t product offered, it was the attitude of the budtender with the unique haircut.

The staff was incredibly knowledgeable on the products on hand. Even with a lot of people in the store, they did a great job of making each person feel like they had their full attention and wasn’t rushed through the process. They took the time to ask a few questions and get to know your tastes and habits. Every suggestion they made was incredible and spot on with the description given. Would highly recommend to anyone, especially if it’s your first time in a dispensary.

Justin was extremely helpful and informative! As someone trying to find specific products but is still new to all of the different types of everything, I was helped and found multiple things that suited me. I was also notified of their daily Saturday deal as well as the bud on sale that day which helped me save money. I had a great experience overall.

I went in last night for my birthday joint and didn’t have a penny, so the cashier literally threw a penny out on the floor and made me pick it up. I’m 8months pregnant and when I stood up I almost fainted. Was the first time I’ve been in in awhile and might be the last time I come in.
