Wonderful ski resort. So much fun and incredibly friendly. The gondola ride up and down affords beautiful views.
The top floor restaurant and bar is great. We had the nacho fries and it was plenty for two hungry skiers. If you want to bring your own food, they do have a brown bag room downstairs.
There is a bag-check for a reasonable price.

First time coming up here skiing with my co-workers from Sacred Heart and we all had a blast. We were blessed with sunshine and clear blue sky. The views were wonderful and amazing. Staff were so kind and helpful. The gondola ride was so relaxing haha. Not so much of a fan of their food menu but overall, this ski resort and their wonderful history were amazing.

Silver Mountain is a complete experience, from the Gondola attendants (Clint, Clay, Lola, Sam stand out!) to Guest Services (Jeannie deserves a raise, seriously!) and the great terrain. The liftees have been excellent with our kids, and everyone else makes us feel like we’re family!

Jeannie, especially, has a way with guests to make them feel special. With a wink and a nod, every guest is treated with respect and kindness. Don’t let her go!

Love staying here, the best rooms ever if you stay in one of the condos. The restaurant was surprisingly good, and our server was a real gentleman, very knowledgeable. He even pointed us in the direction of a really good mechanic in Wallace, saved us a bunch of money in repairs for our suburban. 5 stars hands down!

We had such an amazing experience here! Tubing and Waterpark for 3 solid days of fun! Drinks at the Waterpark were delicious too! The guys that work at the wave rider were so great and explained the techniques so well. The room was cozy and comfortable. I wish they supplied robes so we could go back and forth in the cold to the water park but just something to remember next time. We had a blast!

We didn’t stay at the resort so this review is just for skiing. We finally got tired of the Colorado prices so we searched the whole country for an affordable option. Found Silver Mountain and we weren’t disappointed! Snow was great! Trails are great! Only noticeable difference from the big expensive resorts are maybe the lift speeds. However total time up the mountain is probably pretty even since we rarely had any lift lines at all. We traveled all the way from Texas and I think silver mountain will be our new go to skiing resort.

Wonderful experience for the price. The room was spacious and had a mini kitchen with a microwave, fridge, dishwasher, and real dishes you can use. Room was clean and comfortable. Water park was included in your room fee. My daughter is a huge fan of Great Wolf Lodge and this was comparable and far exceeded our expectations. The wave rider was a hit. Lines weren't too bad. For a smaller water park, it had so many options and the staff were all super friendly and patient. The park has a lazy river, a few slides, wave rider, a few toddler areas, a large kids zone with big tipping bucket and a few of the best kids slides we've ever seen. We went on a Sunday night and Monday morning and neither of those were extremely crowded. Optimal "fun meter time" you would probably spend in the water park in a session might be 3 hours. There are a few options for food and the prices were incredibly reasonable compared to other family resorts like this that we've been to. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a fun family getaway.
